I have a boost stylo on 6.0 marshmallow and don't have WiFi tether? Is there anything I'm suppose to do to get WiFi tethering working?

Thanks for the post. So Enable is the one that prevents the VZW provision check?

Nice work.
I'm a little confused to what this does? Do you need this to tether? I'm using Venom ROM 2.4.0 which I thought came with tethering built in.

It removes the VZW provision check for the wifi hotspot for Stock 4.4.3.
This is only for "Stock" 4.4.3, Not related to venom rom at all.

Got it! Thank you!
After installation, when I try to turn on the native mobile hotspot, it just keeps turning on and off.
Can someone point me in the right direction to fix it? TIA

What does this mod actually do? Like step by step? Also, is there anything extra we should be disabling from our end?

It replaces the default.xml file which has been edited to allow native tether to work without a subscription.
Can you post which lines were changed in default.xml to allow it?

I Google Sprint S6 WiFi Calling and got this link:
http://support.sprint.com/support/t...alaxy_Sreg_6_edge_64GB_PreOrder/59213-1828#!/
Apparently it's supported but I don't have the option under settings. Must be an update that I'm unable to get due to rooting.
Is there anyway to activate this?

I'm thinking I may have got the option from using Galaxy tools. I used it to gain Hotspot and noticed a few other extras, like unlocked apn. Here is the link.

Have you activated/started native hotspot yet?
I tried a number of different methods and I'm 99% positive that without root you cannot tether unlimited
Does it work with a wire to the computer

usb tether worked for me, however, you need to download pdanet on your pc/mac.
Edit the main APN "T-Mobile US LTE" and add ",dun" to the end of the "APN type" (so the it should say "default, mms, supl, hipri, fota, dun") then save it."

The steps work for me. I find myself having Wi-Fi on with the wrong passwords entered into 3 sources. I then toggle the Wi-Fi sharing and the hotspot until it works. I'm sure there is an easier way out there but it has worked for me since day 1.
