I don't know if my G Tablet is faulty, as I don't believe it could be software related any longer. I had a friend load TnT Lite 4.2 and it works perfectly. Even the market fix works. But this white border on the edge of the screen (only on start-up) has not gone away. Touch wood the white noise has not returned, but I'm a bit worried that it could be hardware problems? Any ideas?
Secondly, I see that there is an update for TnT Lite 4.2.4. Do I just load the two files (after extracting the rar file) onto my Gtablet and restart in Clockwork? I see it is just an additional pack. Do I then need to redo the market fix? Market seems to be working very well lately!
Thanks to all the developers on this great forum. I love my Tablet now that its been "upgraded"!
Okay, so I just got my new Kocaso MID M762 tablet today. I turned it on, installed Kik Messenger, Google Chrome, and 4Shared. Then, I noticed that my screen was getting kind of fuzzy and the light was fading. Before I knew it, then screen went completely black. Here's the weird part though. I can put a flashlight right up to the screen and I'll be able to see it. So I used this and went to check my brightness setting, and it was all the way up and not at 0. So I am at a loss as to what to do now. I should also mention that I've tried resetting it, and that has not worked either. What can I do to fix this, or do I have to send it back?
Hello
Today I had a very bad accident with my LG G2 smatphone.
I had an official CM 11 on board. Wanted to update it to CM 12, found this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-g2/development/5-0-2-cyanogenmod-12-t3037040
Downloaded, flashed, everything was fine. Then I installed SuperSU from the Play store. Next, opened the app and tried to install the components it needed. It failed. The app recommended to reboot. After rebooting, the screen was all white with dark corners, I was able to see the interface through the white layer, it looked like this one I found on Google: http://i.stack.imgur.com/gGYktm.jpg
After turning off and on the screen, the colors came back to normal, BUT there are now exactly five one pixel width black lines through the entire length of the screen.
Teriffied, I rebooted quickly to recovery (the lines are there aswell) and installed back CM 11 from the backup with senseless hope. It didn't help.
The phone was connected through the USB cable to my laptop all the time.
Couldn't find any fix to the problem, please help me, the phone is new and without warranty. (the guy that sold me it didn't say it was the ATT D800 one, I live in Europe so no warranty here, I guess.)

Its an incorrect firmware case. Don't worry. Simply restore it using the LG Flash tool and you should be fine. And remember, always go to CM12 site for most recent firmware files.

You you search, you'll find it is a common problem. It is likely related to overheating, and it is a permanent. Fortunately it is not so critical and you can live with it
I've searched but can't find my problem anywhere so I'm hoping someone can help.
The phone was my daughters and had a cracked screen, the phone still functioned and had no other faults.
I've fitted a complete shell including screen and everything was fine for a couple of days then the problem started. When I have a brightly coloured background the titles under the screen icons distorts, the brighter colour the more the screen distorts and shimmers. If I change to a dark coloured or B&W background everything stabilises again. It might be a coincidence but about the same time as the fault started the phone did and update to 5.0.2 from 4.x.x. The rest of the phone works ok unless a bright colourful image is on screen. I've tried all the obvious suggested tests, reducing brightness etc but nothing makes a difference. Any help is much appreciated.
I've tried to attach a photo but it crashes safari on my iPad.
When looking at the HTC wallpapers the problem is worse if I scroll down the choices it is worse on the centre and right images which I think are rain and grass, 2nd row from last/bottom, the dandelion is ok though. Would this be the screen itself, software or hardware?
I really like this phone but will probably have to go back to using my old iPhone if this is android.
My Samsung Galaxy S5 Sprint (carrier unlocked) with Android 6.0.1 has suddenly been acting weird. The screen and graphics are flickering and jumping about the LCD screen. Once it even turned the screen negative with black and orange colors. I manually went to accessibility settings and enabled negative colors so that the screen went to normal.…That is until it again went negative and I had to turn off negative colors afterward. I don't know what is causing this and I want to badly fix it.
Specifications:
Android Version: 6.0.1 from Lollipop
Rooted: Yes (probably since it had SuperSU already installed when I got it)
Now I haven't Factory Reset it yet because I fear that resetting it to factory default while it is rooted might break it. I don't know how to unroot it either. I will be helpful knowing if I can safely reset it with it still rooted.
Edit: I also want to say that whenever I try to share my PC internet connection to the phone, the phone somehow manages to crash my PC every time. I can find no fix for any of these problems. I am so helpless and hopeless…

I know I'm late to the game but did you get like colorful lines like a purple border on the edges of the entire screen and red boxes on the bottom? That happened to me this morning out of nowhere. I restarted and away it went. yes, I'm on latest stock updates and root.
