Power off the LG Risio. connect your usb cord to a PC. Hold volume up on cell, while plugging micro usb into Risio. Continue holding volume up until download mode finishes loading.

you will need LG mobile update on your pc and install the lg p920 drivers
turn your phone off, run LG mobile update connect usb cable hold power and volume up hold it for 10 seconds let go then do it again for 10 seconds LG update should say phones connected if not do it again
click customer support > recover type your imei let it update once finished power up phone now
Have one Nexus 5 with "no command " showing on screen so i tried to flash it with Nexus root toolkit, phone froze and after that its dead and when i try to plug it on comp i just get USB composite device with yellow triangle in device manager. Phone is currently dead , not able to enter download mode, no bootloader mode, not showing anything on charger and not turning on.
Any ideas or suggestions please.
Try to update drivers from device manager if its showing a triangle when u connect ur phone! and install [pda net drivers ..
try this method it worked for me! while connecting to charger not on pc or lappy wall charger press Vol+ and Vol- and power button at the same time and connect it to the charger!!

Thanks for the reply but the phone does not turn on no matter how i try to connect it and pda net driver need the phone to has enabled USB debugging which i can not do on a dead phone
Try removing battery from the back just the connector and plug it to ur PC don't attach the battery!

1. Power off your phone.
2. Press volume down and connect phone with computer via usb cable. Windows will start installing drivers. Linux does not need any drivers. Phone will boot into Download Mode. Now you can flash KDZ or TOT using LGUP etc.

Im trying to find topic download mode but i cannot found one. Using LG v500n skt, how i could get into download mode?
Did you try holding volume + button and plugging USB cable in off state?
That works fine for LGU+ version.

do any of you have a G Flex 2 and the same problem as me: I cannot access the phone's fastboot mode, it is normally accessed by holding the volume down and then connecting the USB cable.
