I have a rooted LG G4. I try to open my "Accessibility" button in the settings menu, and a notification pops up saying "Activity is not exist this device". Can anyone help me get my accessibility back?

Did you freeze any apps with TiBu/Debloater? I'm Rooted as well and can not recreate the problem.

After using an app, what is the correct way of close/exiting it?
I usually just press the home key or back key on the S4 phone to close the app, not sure if it is really closed, or maybe still running at background.
Thanks

You are doing it properly. Also, in Settings, you can go to Developer options and select the option to kill a process as soon as it is left.
Don't forget to use the Thanks button!

" in Settings, you can go to Developer options and select the option to kill a process as soon as it is left." > Could you explain step by step where to find this? I am at the home page, I click the Menu button and click Settings, I did not see any developer options. Using Samsung S4.
Go to settings, tap "About phone" 7-8 times, and it will unlock the "Developer options" menu under Settings.
Then, to find the setting you are looking for, go to Settings > Developer options and scroll down until you see a setting called "Don't keep activities" which has a description saying "Destroy every activity as soon as the user leaves it"
I use a Sony Xperia so some of the terms may be different from your phone but basically that is what you have to do...
Good Morning all:
I have a Samsung S7 on Nougat and I keep getting a notice that states "All apps associated with this action have been turned off, blocked or not installed" every time I go back to the home screen or when I depress the home button from the lockscreen. Another issue I have noticed is for my Microsoft OneDrive in my Playstore list. It said to Uninstall or Enable. I uninstalled it and now it only shows "Enable". I press "Enable" but it won't do anything. I went to the "Settings" then "Apps" and I changed the view to "Disabled" and nothing shows.
Any ideas on what I have done wrong.
Thanks for all your help.
Problem fixed

....but how ... ?
I had this set to tap on the icons (instead of the default slide) to answer or reject a phone call but now I can't find it. Anyone remember how does one is done on the S8? Thanks in advance!
Its in accessibility settings. Search for "Single Tap Mode" in settings to find it quicker.

Was thinking the same .. until I've finally found it, go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Assistant menu > Enable it, then scroll down to "Single tap to swipe" and Enable it, after that you can scroll back up to the top and Disable the "Assistant menu", otherwise you will have that circle on your screen.. and you can notice the "Single tap to swipe" remains "On" even with the "Assistant menu" disabled. Enjoy!

For some works but for others all work except "for calls" e.g. alarms, notifications, etc. , you can then enable the "Assistant Menu", the circle button can be hidden if you tap and hold it, it will show a "Drag here to hide X" at the top, once that is gone, you can get rid of the "Accessibility" notifications easily by going to Settings > Accessibility > click on the 3 dots in the corner right, then "Hide status notifications":

(remove the space after http to load the images)
The problem is the only thing that i need is the calls - all others i don't use
I tried this on my Sprint s8+ which just got pie and even after doing this the notification for the assistant menu stays on the notification bar and can't be removed (it's minimized and silenced so only visible when u swipe down but can't be hidden or removed)

I am trying to set up a Moto E6 for better accessibility for my 86yo mother-in-law. The phone upgraded to Pie, but there does not seem to be an option for tap to swipe even when I activate the menu. Any other ideas for how to get a tap to answer a call since she can't hold the button and swipe? I see comments about senior-friendly launchers and an app called easy answer. Even with the lock screen disabled the phone still demands swipe to answer. She'd have to have the phone screen on at all times to get a push to answer prompt from Motorola.
Thanks,
Dan
When I tap on the "Search settings" field in the Settings dialog, the search screen appears for a split second then disappears, bringing me back to the Settings dialog, and if I tap in the "Search settings" field again a popup appears saying:
"Settings Suggestions keeps stopping" https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/
and gives me the option to see "App info" or "Close app". Neither of these fixes the problem.
I've tried clearing the cache of the Settings Suggestions app, and tried restarting my phone, but neither helped.
This is on a Sony Xperia 5 IV phone running Android 13.
So I turned my Pixel on and the Home screen shows a brown box with the words "Tap to setup" and a Gmail icon. I don't know what I did to get that. I checked my settings but did not find a way to get rid of it. How can I do it?
In trying to resolve my problem I opened Apps, tapped Gmail, and found "Open", "Disable", and "Force stop".
When I tapped "Disable" I got a warning that Android and other functions may no longer function as intended, so I tapped "Cancel" and backed out of that option.
Next, I tapped "Force stop" and got a warning that the app may misbehave, so I tapped "Cancel".
Then I tried "Passwords & accounts", tapped my google account address, but all that had was a "Remove account" button so I backed out of that.
If I long-tap the message on my Home screen, a "Remove" button appears at the top of my screen but if I tap that, nothing happens and the message remains on the Home screen.
So I fiddled with the message box, swiping it to the right/left/up/down and finally, after 3 or 4 swipes to the right, the message disappeared. When I turn the phone off and back on again, the message does not reappear, so I think that the problem is resolved.
I think.....
Only other think I could think would be remove and re-add the account, but hopefully it is fixed.
maybe try to clear your launcher app data.
Just as a matter of curiosity, how does one clear one's launcher app data?

Hi,
Go in Settings > Apps > and look for the launcher app.
Force stop it and go in "Storage & cache"
Click: Clear storage > done.
You may click on the 3 dot menu on you upper right corner and tap on "Show system" if your launcher is installed as a system app...
Good luck,
Sébastien.
Okay, I followed your instructions.
After I tapped "Clear storage", I tapped the center arrow on the bottom of the screen to get back to my Home screen. My 4 shortcuts (that were at the top of the screen) were no longer there, and the bottom row of apps "bounced" up and down every 2 seconds for around 10 seconds and then stopped bouncing. This happened each time I went back to the Home screen.
After a few minutes of fiddling around with the cellphone, the bouncing stopped when I went back to the Home screen and so far it has not returned.
Why did the bottom row of apps bounce up and down?
