This is a well-known issue, caused by sites with a ****ton of javascript.
It got a bit better for me in 3.2, but it's still there.
I keep hoping webapp developers will smarten up and reduce the javascript for mobile and tablets.

Search is your friend...really:
Xoom tremendous keyboard lag
Keyboard Lag and Formatting
keyboard lag
Keyboard Lagginess on display units
I had the same problem. In another thread someone mentioned that they thought about going to a static IP since the Xoom was constantly acquiring a dhcp address. They thought that was the reason for the lag on anything network. I went into the AT&T U-Verse modem that I use for WIFI at my house and modified the dhcp for my Xoom's MAC address. I set the dhcp to dedicate the IP address that I was currently using on my Xoom. As soon as I did that, my network speed was great with no keyboard lags.
You might want to give that a try and see if it helps.

Try turning off openGL rendering in the browser settings.

Bluetooth mouse with opera mobile

I'm so sick of the the stock browser due to the lag. I love the opera browser due to it speed. But most of the time i use it with my little bluetooth mouse. Problem here is mouse wheel scroll doesn't work within opera mobile. Anyone know any trick on getting it to work?
Don' t think so. The wheel acts like PgUp/Down from the keyboard. And the stock browser was modded to support those keys. Look at the browser's info page, it's not just Android browser, but blah-blah_EPAD_blah-blah-browser. So, we will have to wait Opera to support our device. Or wait for third-party mods.
Alright cool. Thanks for clearing that up. I was hoping there might be a hidden option to enable it in the about:config setting.

[Q] Keyboard Dock macros

Hello,
I hope my question is not a duplication of previous topics, I've searched both google and here but can't seem to find a correct answer.
I've recently bought the oem keyboard dock for my Note 10.1 from Samsung and wasn't dissappointed. I'm using it besides for occassional typing spree, mainly for remote access to Windows/Linux.
The RD client for Android from Microsoft is great, ConnectBot does the job and I'm expecting soon a client for Android from NoMachine.
My only concern so far is that due to the limitations of the dock, I'm lacking some keys necessary for the full desktop experience (which is working perfectly fine).
So is there a way, via some program or otherways, to add for example Fkeys or other that are present on full layout keyboard?
For example map Ctrl + 1 to F1, Ctrl + 2 to F2, etc....
Also I would like to remap the Internet and Mail button to open respectivly Chrome (not it always open a question between the default browser and chrome and it looks like it's not saving the setting for using Chrome) and Gmail (now it opens only the default email client).
Thanks in advance.

Native Browser

Hi,
Anybody experience same problem like me where my browser suddenly stop working/hang while loading certain webpage. To bypass the problem, I need to go to menu and press quit.
If you know a fix, appreciate if you could let me know.
Jason
Use chrome browser instead, I never use stock browser on any phone...
I think it is just a result of heavy cpu load.
I use UC browser it has by the far the smothest scroll and zoom on mate 7.

Galaxy S7 keyboard

Hi there fellow's readers.
From a while now I noticed that auto check spelling option does not work with Samsung Internet browser all the time.
I have to mention that I always keep predictive text off cause I really hate this option. Even so, those two options are not related, so they can work independently.
I never use other browsers (not even Chrome) or 3rd parties keyboards.
Any suggestions or a way to fix this?
Thank you!
