Another question. Is it possible to use CF-auto-root on KitKat, or should I use ClockworkMod?

I have explained in detail how you can root the post is at the start of this section.
You can download the exynos exploit patch and use it to root and within seconds you will be rooted
wont that break the camera

Yes. But only if you have the enable the patch. You won't "Break" the camera as in you can never use it again. Its only temporary. You can disable it after rooting so camera works again.

no, it doesn't break the camera.
it wont break the camera if you use to root it will only to that if you use it as a patch to the exploit

Hi guys,
My S Note is not working anymore after root using the Odin approach. I've got the Android 4.1.2 and didn't install any new rom.
And finally the GT-N8013 version. Appreciate the help in advance!

Apologies for missing that. I'm new to this thing. I used "CF-Auto-Root to root N8013UEUCMA3 firmware" file name: CF-Auto-Root-p4notewifi-p4notewifiue-gtn8013.zip.
www ibtimes com / root-samsung-galaxy-note-101-gt-n8013-android-412-jelly-bean-ueucma3-official-firmware-tutorial
So, it might be the root file? Can I overlay my rooted device with another one? And all my configure will remain the same?
Which root file do you have working with the latest N8013 and 4.1.2 stock?
Thanks a lot for your help.
help please!!! bump!!!

You should be able to find the guide easily by searching. I wish to post the link, but I'm not able to.

How exactly do you have CM installed without root? That is a custom rom that requires root and an unlocked bootloader to be installed
Nexus 6 running SSHD or Cataclysm

If you have CM13 just go to developer options and enable root.
