Actually there are two different ROMs named Tesla. If you'll look in the original development section, you'll find the thread for the other ROM named Tesla which will be supporting RRO in it's latest release.
This ROM is a derivative of a ROM by a well known banned member.
His works and derivatives of his works are not welcome on XDA.

How can I turn off viberation when I touch the system setting button in notification drawer?I already turned off " vibrate on touch" in setting>sound and setting>fusion>notification drawer.(It is turned off when I turn off " vibrate on touch" in setting>sound in AICP rom）
