Basically what the title says, i've been looking up on google and on the forum but i just can't find anything.
I have an Xperia J and everytime i connect my phone via USB (i want to use flashtool) holding the volume down the led goes green and flashtool tells me that the device has been connected in flash mode. BUT, after a couple of seconds the SONY logo shows on the screen and it does a sort of "reboot" and the led turns orange (like when i plug the cellphone w/o flash mode). I already unlocked the bootloader, i checked the drivers, but i have no idea of what to do.
Sorry for my bad english, but i need help q.q
Thanks guys!

Have you tried a different USB cable, another USB port, another PC?
And check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Miro, Tipo (Dual) and J.
If it doesn't help either, please register on xda and post in the Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good luck !

You can try it in a virtual machine ... but IDK if it will work.
Best to ask in the Q&A thread of your device I linked in my previous post.
Just a reminder: XDA Assist is not a discussion forum. It's just to point to the best place for help
Thanks for your understanding. Thread closed.

Possible it is hardbricked. Did you unlock bootloader?
If it is still locked, repair with pc companion, or give for service.
Sent from my ST27i
For days I was stuck on a problem, which was that I could not connect my device to the PC by via Flashmode. For this reason could not flash ftf firmware and this had me desperate.
After much reading and found nothing, try something and found the solution to this problem.
To connect the Xperia L C2105 after unlock the bootloader no longer works with the metod (button volume -). In return must be connected thoroughly pressing camera button.
Maybe for some this and knew it was something, but when making my question gave me no answer and I want to make this contribution.
If my thread is not corresponding in this section, moderator thank move it to where appropriate.
Good luck.
hi every body.

Which OS are u using?
Win 10 is a mess with my Xperia Z3 ...
Maybe try Sony's own Unlockbootloader assistent, if not already tried.
Also see flashtool for drivers for Win10 ( not sure about 8 ).
If u want links pm me. I'm not allowed to post links :crying: as I'm a new member.
i think its not driver problem cuz i tested on three different pc whit different windows even when i connect it to charge when off just led lights by red and no battery icon shown.

So, I was trying to revert my Xperia TL back to stock firmware and things went wrong.
I'm assuming it's a soft-brick, there's no LED, no screen, but I know the phone is on because when I plug it into my computer the computer makes the sound of a device being plugged in, however, no devices are shown. Flashtool cant find it and neither can PC companion. Currently trying to use the rubber band trick to see if it'll catch and flash again, but I'm not sure what else to do or if there is anything else I can do. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Hello
I want to root my Z3 tablet but i'm unable to do so because im stuck at step B:3 on the sony website it says "
3. On your Xperia™ Z3 Tablet Compact, press the Volume up button at the same time as you connect the other end of the USB-cable. For Windows users, when asked for a driver, point to the usb_driver folder where you placed the android_winusb.inf-file, and select the Android Boot loader Interface-file."
Im at the point where i pressed Volume up and theres a blue light on the tablet but the windows doesnt ask me for a driver. I have USB Debugging on anyone expierenced the same issues or know how to fix that?
