Come on, order up the Ballistic so we can get a real review and pictures.
Nah, the rubber doesn't look durable. Watched a video featured the case installed on a Nexus 5. The Case was quick to attract lint and dust, just about from any angle.

Just watched that also and I have to agree 100%. That screen protector also looks totally useless.
Did you check out the Spigen Screen Protector Curved Crystal Screen Protector. Wonder if it works for the Note 4.

Don't use the wireless charging. But these are my all time favorite cases that never get recognition. I used to throw my phone around like a grenade and shock and awe my friends. That's how tough this case is. It's reinforcements on the corners are what make it so superb. I vouge for this case all the way.

Lol the rubber is the. Out durable part. More so than my friends otter box I'll tell you that.
I felt the Outer Rubber part is attracted to dust and debris. The newer Otterbox Defender Series shows less of a problem on this basis.

I'll concede to the dust part. If I swipe it through a dusty piece of furniture or maybe at the beach it may pick something up. It can be wiped with fingers. FOR Everything else mentioned, this is on the money. Will work with any tempered glass.
Can you please post pictures of this case on your Note 4. I'm really eager to see some close-ups, rather than having to rely on computer generated renders on the company's website. :good::angel:
Thank you.

Looking at This Case Looks Nice, Only thing that would worry me which i know it will happen dust will go in thru the Home Button since it has some type of Plastic Screen on This Case , It looks like it has a bit halo where the home button is at and dust will get in!
Thanks @sdlopez83 , greatly appreciate it.

I currently own the S5 G900F with the Official S-View Cover, due to the case becoming unpleasantly dirty (White to black) and the realization that the phone might not last me very long with this level of protection, Im in the search for a new case.
I need this case to be a bull coverage case, which means that it will have to have a inbuilt screen protector, for I can not apply one to save my life. It must also be as compact as possible, while offering great levels of protection, as I have small hands.
Cases I have been looking at are the Otterbox Defender Series (S5), and the i-Blason ArmourBox
OtterBox - My concerns about this case, is the 'Echo' that certain members of the community suffer, although someone has 'found a cure' for this, which is to find and peel away hidden stickers inside the case, I am not sure, as I have only heard of it once. This is a very popular case and seams to offer the most protection. It also adds quite some size to the phone, which may become annoying.
i-Blason - This is not a very popular case, but seams to be thinner and smaller than the OtterBox. It is cheaper, but price does not really matter as both cases are competitively price in the UK. It seams to offer good protection.
One of my biggest worries with both cases is the functionality of the FingerPrint Unlock, this is something I use and take pride of on my mobile, and would hate to have to use it, would these cases allow for the use?
Secondly, the inbuilt screen protectors, is there any 'give' as in, does it feel like you are not touching the screen?
Any opinions and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Here's what I use and recommend: Galaxy S5 Case, S5 Case, New Trent Trentius [Heavy Duty] It feels good in the hand, has it's own screen protector and 3 colored backplates. I also use a tempered glass protector under it. They are not like film screen protectors, very easy to put on with no mistakes.
Thanks for the reply, that is very interesting, just a few questions...
Does it suffer from the 'echo' like other cases?
Is the screen protector 'tight to the glass'
Sound volume? Is it reduced?
Also I have tried tempered glass ones too, still cant apply straight

No echo that I've ever noticed. To be fair though, I'm on a custom rom that allows me to increase the stock volume level. The extra screen protector just gives it a nice tight feel. No problems at all with touchscreen.

The Trent case is an awesome case especially since you can switch it up with the different back pieces but if you want a waterproof case then Lifeproof all day.
I've opted for the Lifeproof case with the screen protector; no real problems on this end. The case also works well with the Qi wireless charging kit.
I use the UAG Cover. Works really good for me. Dropped it round about 5-6Times....no damage
I have the screen protective film on my S5 (from the dealer) but when it gets scratched up, I won't replace it. I recommend the Spigen tough Armor case. Great protection and what I like the best is that the buttons don't stick out beyond the cover. I have had problems accidentally pressing the buttons while the phone was in my pocket. I always carry the phone in my pocket and the Spigen eliminates that problem. The relatively slick back cover makes it easy to get out of my pocket. The four corners on the back side are slightly raised to protect the camera lens and prevent scratches on the cover if the phone is dropped.
AND, no, I have no relationship with Spigen. Just credit given where credit is due.
Edit - the slightly raised corners are on the back side.

Hi Guys,
Just want to post a review regarding a Full Protective Casing for our beloved Note 4. I got this casing through some seller. Not phone shops. Since I'm from Singapore, these kind of rugged and full protective cases are not available unless by ordering them through official website or Amazon.
Was surprised that there was a seller who's selling this here. Since it's a case that I've been aiming for, I decided to grab it rightaway.
The case itself is divided into 2 parts. The rubber and the hard plastic holding the screen protector. Putting it all together was quite snappy. I can say it's not too bulky or too small. Just nice.
Opening it up, it's nicely pack into a compact box. Also there'a a plastic covering the front and inside of the screen protector. No defects. I don't use the holster since it will be troublesome for me. Moving on.
Here is the link to the official site:

Here comes the review!!
The Pro's:
All ports covered. Including the S-Pen.
Only protector for screen. None on LED, Sensor, Front Speaker, Front Camera and Back Camera.
It's quite light if without holster.
Smooth and easy if kept in pocket. Not gonna be stuck like some cases if u try to keep and remove in n out from your pocket.
Volume, Power Button casing design is align well.
The Con's:
Fingerprint Scanning will be abit difficult as the case actually interfere with the button.
The port covers will be out of shape if continuously opened up.
Due to the smoothness of the case, it might just slip from your hands.
That are the ones that I noticed for now.
I attached 2 pics, front and back. Sorry for the lack of details and pics as I'm currently at work. LOL! Hope my review help for those who are looking to buy this case.

I have a skinomi carbon fiber skin along the sides of my N4 and this case tore apart the skin on the side that I used to snap into the top piece of this case; as such, I believe it would be safe to assume that this case could scratch your phones metal edges. This case (for myself at least) was an extremely tight fit. As I have said in my supcase thread, this case is a really tight fit - if not too small.
I cannot say if the case will work with wireless charging, but I can assure you that your otterbox is much, much better than this supcase.
Super-thanks @JippleStar
I had installed Skinomi's Techskin last night on my Note 4 and the Otterbox Defender Series case did not accept my phone; was too resistant, and so I thought that I should stick with the Commuter for now without the Wireless Back Cover. I'll keep the Defender for back up and / or when I'm outdoors.

NP :good: I was very disappointed with this case and would never want anyone to go through that whole buy and return process, ya know? :silly:
I've never had so much trouble finding a case - or any other accessory though. I guess that's one of the downsides of having an extra large phone  & yeah, I would definitely keep the defender for days when you need that water-proof protection :good:
Microscratches on the Note 4's metal chamfered edges are unavoidable, even when applying the Otterbox cases, sad, but true. However, the way these phones were packaged, every Note 4 sold as new in its sealed box, has one or two scratches somewhere; I know this especially after unboxing close to a dozen Note 4's. First gapgate, then this. Lol.
Have to find a case once and for all, other-wise, we are only making our devices more susceptible.
Any solution for metal chamfered edges? I e-mailed Skinomi regarding this, and this was their response
"Hello,
Thank you for your email, and for your feedback. Unfortunately the item has been designed off the actual device here at the facility for the best results. However I will be more than glad to send your feedback to our design team.
Have a great day!

I too have the same Unicorn Beetle case- cheap alternative for Overpriced Defender ( otterbox )..but fingerprint scanning is difficult due to front of case jutting out, so your finger doesnt get a flat
area to run across. Holster is decent- but somewhat stiff. but for 20.00... 1/3 the price, I'm happy. Phone is protected.. until a better option comes around...with a holster.

I learnt a trick. U redo ur fingerprint scanning with the case on. U can do in any position and ways as long u do slow and steady. U'll find that it works better with the casing on rather than naked. For my N4, i just have to scan the top of my thumb and otz unlocked. Give a try. Just scan follow the flow of the casing design. From top till the casing.
After going through a dramatic exchange and returns process with Otterbox, I realized I need to make a check-list in what to look for when purchasing a case for the Note 4.

Dust resistance.
Ability to clean front glass with water (sealed front end).

This is one of the big reasons I went with an OtterBox Commuter instead of their Defender cases. A couple of family members opted for Defender cases for their S5 and G3, and opening those up and carefully unlatching the inner plastic shell is a total pain in the ass for me every time I need to get to the microSD card slot or battery for any reason.
The Note 4 also gives me another reason to want a case that's fairly easy to take off when I need to: Gear VR.
Updated:
After going through a dramatic exchange and returns process with Otterbox, I realized I need to make a check-list in what to look for when purchasing a case for the Note 4.
- Provides Rugged Protection
- No compromise over features of device and overall size
- Does not scratch the chamfered metal edges
- Can be fully installed with existing tempered glass screen protectors (i.e. Moshi, Zagg, Otterbox, BodyGuardz, etc.) and skins (Skinomi, BestSkinsEver, Otterbox 360, etc).
- Compatible with Wireless Charging Cover.

- Can offer full comprehensive worry-free protection
- Protection Coverage for Volume Rocker and Power Button
- Home Button Protection, with compatibility with Fingerprint Scanner
- Heart Rate Sensor Compatibility
- Decent Warranty and Excellent Customer Service (with a Toll Free #, no doubt)
- Water Resistance
- Dust Resistance
- Built-in Durable Stand (Portrait and Landscape Modes)
- Easy to take off and Remove
-Long Life Expectancy; Built to Withstand the Elements, includes Lifetime Warranty

No ofense but this thread is a joke right?.. how in the world you expect home button protection and able to read fingerprint?...
I'm sure a clever manufacturer like Otterbox can include a removable or flap cover on the home button, to allow fingerprint reading. :fingers-crossed:

I'm using a vintage stylish back cover along a SGP tempered glass(9H) for the screen protection,it's good so far,for I'm not get used to the flip cover or wallet cover,it's not convenient as the brief cover as coming calls&messages, which makes it wired and also no good for video watching and daily usage. Besides, the case also with double wallet slot on the back for credit cards etc.,and two slots is enough. The slim design also enjoy another 10 scores, fine match the S6's thickness without make your device a clumsy one.

SGP Glass: http://goo.gl/cA9Pnl
Anyway, just share your S6 case based on your own experience, for both some help to purchase a fine case and have fun!

Is it genuine leather case? Doest it protect the camer (i.e. have a lip near camera or just thicker than the camera)? Is it soft enough inside or is it plastic inside?
I think I could go for it if there were no card holders)
Edit: found it cheaper on ebay. I think I'll order one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Rea...t=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item20fa6c88e2
Thanks
Spiegen neo-hybrid here. Minimal bulk, great grip and feel with metal buttons. I myself feel that screen protectors are unnecessary anymore, as todays gorrila glass does well enough to protect from scratches. A screen protector isn't going to stop a drop-shatter anyways. The neo is the best looking and thinnest of the 5 cases I have, all while providing two-piece drop protection.

I have the same case now. It's ok but it makes my s6 to be the size of my Oneplus One want something less bulkier. As for the screen protectors, I might disagree - tempered glasses save your phone glass from shattering almost always.

I'm using the simple tpu Verus Crystal Light case. It's like the spigen liquid crystal clear case but looks better, has better clicky buttons and the camera and flash have separate cutouts instead of one big cutout. Also has lips to protect both the camera bezel and screen from scratches

I respect your view on tempered glass, I have heard a lot of good things about it. Unfortunately for me, it didnt work so well the one time I needed it to. As far as cases go, the hybrid is about as thin as a current generation (protective) case could be. If you want any thinner, why would you use a case at all?

That's an excellent question, sir!
Firstly, I beleive it will still save the back glass from shattering if I drop my phone (and I know I will drop it some day, always happens to me when after the honey moon I become more and more careless with the new toy).
Secondly, I afraid to much for the camera lens, which just waaaay too protruding to be safe, imo and also very weak according too AndroidAuthority review. (rly samsung? for 700 bucks your could not go for saphire glass on the protruding camera lens?)
My concerns with the camera lens are the same as yours, but we can't change the design of the S6. I don't think sapphire lense would help too much either. More costly, interferes with clarity, and still breaks.
I'm using the UAG case. Love this thing. Very very slim and provides the best protection for my phone out of all the cases I've owned. UAG cases might be on the top end of costs ($30-35) but it is built to last
I used a Spigen neo hybrid, but I ended up with a UAG as well

This leather sleeve which fits perfectly. Pretty tight actually, so no risk of your phone falling out I guess. Great quality leather and finishing I must say, they're all handmade. Price is a bit steep but you do get what you pay for and honestly, if you spend this amount of money on a phone you might as well spend some money on protecting it.
I thought about buying on of those Spigen cases which look slick, but then I thought; Samsung finally made a phone with a finish worth looking at and holding in your hand when using it, why hide that in a case?

I just bought this case and do like it, but all of my Mediabridge microUSB cables don't fit in the opening on the bottom. Do you happen to know of any good high rated cables that fit well? Was debating getting a different case because of it that's possibly less bulky too.

Nevermind, I got rid of s6 also)
I'm using Clear View Case
I bought the clear case. TMobile sells them. Compared to other minimal cases i have had in the past (and one other Amazon case for the note7) it seems better. It hugs the curves ans shape of the device perfectly, and the holes line up EXACTLY which often isn't the 'case' for 3rd party cases. It's also very thin and light and on my silver note7 it's hardly noticeable.

I'm interested in that case but there seems to be no real photos of it. It's the same cg ones you find on all sites.
It's a hard case isn't it, do you have pictures? How much did you pay

its $20ish. Will post pictures when I can figure out how to do so as I sold my Note5 already!!. Its a very soft TPU case.
I have been looking for photos, videos and reviews of this case too but they seem non existent so far. Whatever info you can post would be great.
I've been into slim clear cases for a long time. I'd like to appreciate the body down to its finest lines and curves, caressing its smooth texture, feeling the little tips and points where they sprout along the edges, admiring the beauty that is gleaming in front of me, wanting to grab........ok well you get the point. I risked my phones going naked for these reasons for a long time, but alas, the Note 7 might require a case from me.
Anyways, I would search high and low for thin slim clear cases that would
1) wont produce so much fingerprint smear
2) smooth as buttah
3) wont stick to the glass backing and create a rainbow effect
4) doesnt have sharp lips
5) its flush against the edges.
Now yes, it does attract fingerprints but less so since its soft TPU and I've come to accept the annoyance that comes with using clear cases that its inevitable. Aside from that it meets the rest of my requirements. Not all soft TPU cases are alike. This particular O.E.M clear case feels good in the hands. Soft, smooth (almost like hard plastic), and at times grippy. I unfortunately do not have pictures to show but may post them later. If you are highly interested, I suggest stopping by your local t-mobile store to try it on first. If you like it buy it, if not keep searching. Good luck! :good:
I ordered this case and and I really like it but I'm a fan of slim/minimalistic cases that showcase the design of phones. The material is a soft rubber(?) not a hard shell. It's clear so it does show a lot of fingerprints but it fits the phone perfectly. The case feels tacky/grippy so the phone feels extra secure when you're holding it.

A similarly thin spigen is only $10 bucks.

Thanks for the pictures. I like it.
Got this one as well. Got the Note 7 starter pack from Samsung which contained
TPU case clear
2 pcs screen protector
1 pc tilted wireless charger
Pros: tpu case is very minimal in when it comes to thickness so thats a plus.
Con: it doesnt have raised edges. So if you placed your phone upside down, the screen itself would be touching the table. And worse, if you drop it face down, the screen would take much of the impact
Screen protector:
Pro: its a curved platic screen protector so it wraps on the edges
Con: its thicker than your usual screen protector. Almost as thick as those invisashield ones. The more important negative on this, since it wraps around the whole screen even the edges. When i bought a Spigen Liquid Crystal case (for raised edges). When i slipped it on, it peels the side of the screen protector.
Tilted wireless charger is a tilted wireless charger. Nothing to comment except that it takes getting used to. Its just easier to charge with the flat version when it comes to just dropping your phone. Tilted one requires a little more alignment
