Simply Flash the file over CWM or any Recovery .

you need rooted xperia c + (es file explorer)
just replace settings.apk in /system/app/(here)
OR
use (Android Ultimate Toolbox Pro.exe) on windows
to root and install system app and more.....

Dear All member m2,
im user m2 with stock lilipop odex rooted d2305.
this is port Phone number Assistant from z3 so enable use on m2 without force close.
What You need:
1.Rooted stockroom
2.Rootexplorer if you dont have Recovery and just flashable if you have recovery
3.cigarette if you want to wait when booting
Excecute
1.flash with recovery or move to system
2.Reboot and test on your settings

M2 2303 twrp from linuxct
The rom you asked about in a different thread that's in my signature is my own heavily modified rom based on 18.6.A.0.182 with gauravs deodexed z2 port for my base. Not for sharing sorry, but you can start with the same deodexed z2 base rom and go from there.
Try using the search button on here and using Google amazing what you can find. There's moonwalk ports,existenz ports ,kyrptonian ports, and more for the m2 though you won't find time last three on here. If you don't know how to look/search for something you stand no chance of getting this right really.
