Active Sync Problem

Everytime I connect my device to my laptop i get this error

I have office 07 for outlook which i just upgraded to cause i thought it would solve the problem but it didn't any help would be appecatied

Mail sing in problemmm ??

I did reset and now cant sing in to mail and sync data
