Have a LG G3 Verizon phone. Switch to ATT. Sim card in and working. Cant use stump root (phone patched). I can't use mobile hot spot due to not having vVerizon sim or service.
Possible to flash with ATT software? Or can I root some how and fix this?

From what I saw online, the moto g doesn't work with tracfone. In theory, if boost uses Verizon's network then it may be possible - eventually.
Funny thing is that tracfone also uses GSM networks but this option isn't available for unlocked GSM phones.

Boost uses Sprint's Network which TracFone, Net10 & Straight Talk(ALL Owned by same person) all use as well. Now if their system will take the Device's meid in the BYOD then you could try it via Stock boost firmware or either load the Verizon Firmware like flashing to Page Plus or Have someone else do it for you if you are not comfy doing it. I have a Boost Moto G I put the Stock Verizon Firmware on & now use it on Page Plus so if you need it done get ahold of me.
TracFone, Net10 & Straight Talk all use all 4 Major Carrier's Towers= AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint & Verizon
What I don't get is Tracfone asks for you MEID so even if you have VZW firmware

if you want it on the Verizon side then you have to use a Verizon Meid
hi, i have a t-mobile lg g2, i got it unlocked, but when i check the esn. it came up as black listed on t-mobile and metro pc. will it still activate via sim card from straight talk? i called t mobile and they said it wasnt blocked, not sure on metro.
what do you guys think?
the sim card in the phone keeps saying "your sim card isnt allow to access this network"

I unlocked mine via t-mobile and it works on cricket just fine.
I was just given an LG G3 android 5.0 Sprint. It has an active mobile number and mobile data but does not have a SIM card installed? Even after factory reset it is still active but how no SIM inserted? It's working just like a contract phone just slow data. I have no idea how that's possible, and does it mean that we don't have to buy minutes, lol. It's not rooted either
