Is my phone toast?

Flashed the NexusBeam ICS rom and deleted the radio and bootloader img that came with the zip and now my phone wont boot at all, I was under the impression by deleting the bootloader.img it just wouldnt install the new bootloader which is what i wanted but it seemed to haved deleted mine in the process
Yup.. Deleting those files from the package would result in the bootloader and radio being wiped and replaced by nothing.. You will probably have to use Odin to flash a stock image. Hopefully someone can help you with that, as I've never used it.
This is precisely the reason I, and some others, were asking devs not to include those files in the rom package..and we were getting crap from other people about "complaining".

What phone do you have? to want to delete NexusBeam ICS bootloader? I have nexus s GT-I9020 & was gonna delete the radio, but thaught I would give the new ICS one a try first! (could always flash compatible radio later on!) & it works flawlessly! Then I added GlaDOS 2.4 kernel which changed the boot animation which I didn't like (simple, just deleted bootanimation.zip from system/media, then pulled original bootanimation.zip from NexusBeam zip, & replaced!)
Just dowload NexusBeam again & use cwm recovery or fastboot to reflash NexusBeam & if you want to change radio also, do it at the same time after copying your desired rado to your sd-card & wiping dalvik cache first, then if you change your stock kernel in NexusBeam to dev one, just use method I mentioned previously if you want to change your boot animation to whatever you want! Good luck!!
I cant boot into my bootloader or recovery at all....I can boot into ICS but if i try to but into my recovery from ROM manager my phone just turns off, and if i turn it off it wont turn back on until I run a unbrick program i found. Im stuck after that though, dont know how to flash bootloader without fastboot

After you use unbrick program & get into recovery, use fastboot to flash new cwm recovery.img! (fastboot flash recovery cwm recovery.img!) Then when you're in cwm recovery, mount usb storage & put your newly downloaded NexusBeam.zip on your sd-card & install through cwm recovery!

Glad to hear you fixed it. Don't delete the radio or bootloader files from the package again. Instead, you can just flash a different radio after flashing the rom. The updated bootloader is a keeper though.

need help please stuck at CWM

hi peeps, i really have a problem right now with my one s, i upgraded my supersu to supersu pro, after that i restarted my phone and now my one s keeps booting into clockworkmod, even i select reboot system now still boot in to clockworkmod. help please dont know what to do...
anybody please help me...
guys,i reallyneed help, my phone dont turn off anymore when i press power button it keeps turning backon to CWM. i try to restore it with my backup viperones but same results still booting into CWM.:crying:
Relax. You aint getting help faster just because you constantly bump the thread. Usually it has quite the opposite effect.
Use twrp recovery instead of cwm, its much better than cwm. Try full wipe, or reinstall OS (system).

The phone bootlooping into CWM normally means your ROM is messed up. Also the One S isn't supported by CWM so you should really stop using it since it has bugs that haven't been and never will be fixed. Switch to TWRP.
If your lucky you can boot into CWM and wipe cache and the davlik cache and that will let you back into the rom.
If you're not lucky you need to flash the ROM again and fastboot flash the boot.img for the rom.

How to install ROM ViperoneS

I´am dificults in install this rom --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2105863
Please help me , i´m afraid do anything wrong.
Its not difficult to do its as simple as:
Download rom and boot img script
Place Rom on phone storage
Boot into recovery
Back-up current in case something goes wrong
Factory reset in recovery
Then wipe system
Then wipe caches
Find the Rom on sdcard
Flash it install without wipe ( install with wipe will give you problems)
Reboot into bootloader put phone into fastboot mode, by now you should have phone connected to pc and it should display fastboot mode on bootloader screen
Run boot img flash script from your pc (don't place boot img script on the phone, it flashes the boot img for you from computer by running commands) then reboot back into recovery and wipe caches once more then reboot and enjoy... that's it.
Not hard just follow instructions and you should be good to go and if you run into any problems just let us know and we'll help you fix it

Yes you can use Hasoon's AIO kit to flash the boot img, The flash script does the same thing using cmd prompt windows
once you start to flash the rom in your recovery Aroma installer (built in) will start and guide you through the whole process
Good luck

have you flashed the boot img?
Don't use the new TWRP but use 2.3.3.3 or other "stable" releases to flash!
By chance do you have a s3 variant if so then there may be the problem, if not then try an older stable release of a recovery to flash it

When you double click that script, you have to be on your bootloader screen in fastboot USB mode.

Not booting to recovery

what i did -->
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Flash cwm via "fastboot flash recovery recovery.zip"
3. Boot to recovery
4. Factory reset
5. Flash cm zip from sd card.
what i got -->
1. "E:Can't open /sdcard/cm.zip
(bad)
Installation aborted."
Then -->
1. Rebooted, copied again, booted to bootloader
2. selected recovery
Now -->
1. shows the android mascot with its lid open and "No command"
2. no cwm (where did it go ?!?!)
Everytime i flash recovery, it boots the first time (till the time I've not rebooted after flashing recovery) and still won't flash my zip file, and then the recovery won't show.
EDIT (FIXED)
WHAT WENT WRONG...
1. Was using CWM (When i was last active in android flashing, twrp was just another custom recovery, cwm was needed for cm)
2. When i did use TWRP, it was an older version, and did not work (did not even boot to recover, in fact)
3. When i did get twrp working, i used a bad cm.zip file (corrupted)

Thanks for the promt reply mate. Actually it was recovery. IMG only, not zip, i typed it wrong here otherwise the recovery wouldn't have loaded at all, as mentioned earlier. Moreover, I did try flashing twrp, but using twrp, I can't even get recovery to boot once (which does happen on cwm 6.0.4.7)
P.S - can it anyhow be related to bootloader ? I am on stock Lollipop. And device is dual sim (xt1033)

Ok did that. When it booted to cwm (which is all i can manage to boot to, if at all) i selected root phone option. But it didn't root actually. Then i rooted successfully using cf auto root. Then used flashify to flash twrp image, and now when i select recovery from bootloader, it boots normally, not even showing the "no command" screen. (And yea, I'm pressing vol up to select, not power)
Update -- Ok flashed 2.8.6.0 and now boots to revovery (even after a restart) but still can't flash cm. Something pops on screen for a fraction of screen and then recovery reboots. It says "no md5 file found". Any chance of zip being corrupt ?
Update 2 -- Now my internal memory has stopped working :/ can't even take a screenshot, nor a photo. says memory full. Doesn't even copy file to memory when connected to pc. Although in recovery mode (twrp) , with usb mounted, it does copy.

weird did u flash normal recovery or gpe recovery ? U have to flash normal recovery and one more thing are u sure that its going into cwm recovery ?
May be the ROM is corrupted buddy download again and flash or try other Roms
Haha. After a hell lot of effort, i did get TWRP installed, and after breaking my head on why cm nightly won't install, i downloaded another one, and it installed fine. Now rocking CM 12.1 (4th device which I'm using on CM, and yet never had so much trouble getting it running..)

Okay thanks for the reply!
I realized i was using an old version of odin.. maybe thats why it wasnt completely flashing the firmware before.. it would get to almost a full bar and fail. then i would have to flash BL or twrp to get it to boot again.. got the latest odin and it flashed fully this time.
still waiting on my phone to boot up though idk if its stuck on bootloop or not..
Edit *looks like im stuck in bootloop now* ill try formatting and flashing again
Edit #2: I booted into default recovery and wiped data & cache and the phone booted up just fine we'll see how this goes *fingers crossed* lol

Tried it still not working.. i even factory reset before flashing twrp. it still reboots immediately when trying to flash anything
Step 2
I presume you're flashing from an SD card. Please backup its data and format it.
Then re-download one of the zips and test flash in TWRP.

Ok do the firmware thing then factory reset in the stock recovery ! Then flash twrp in Odin with auto reboot unchecked in options ! Then pull an replace battery ! Then boot right into twrp an flash superSU SR5 2.8.2 zip an reboot ! Or you can boot twrp an Rom instead !
Glad to be of help. Peter's tricks should solve your final hurdles.
