Hi guys....i have removed all gionee crap from gionee gn708w android version 4.2.1
CHANGELOG:
1. Based on gionee 4.2 base rom with sw update to v1.7, Pre rooted, titanim back up, advanced task manager , android tuner , media redirector pro , halo locker (no more transparent lines at lock screen...!!) pre installed.
2. Free memory 610 mb.
3. Removed Gionee launcher replaced with nova prime latest version launcher
4. Stock jelly bean icons and SMOOTH UI WITH NO LAGS.
5. Nexus browser with flash.
6. Default dialer changed with Reactiv T9 Dialer.
7. Contacts Theme changed.

12.Power saving enabled at power saving option and also in battery settings....!! remove both to get awesome benchmarks....!!
13.Also download and keep the zedge folder in ur memory card for wallpaper compatibility at first boot...!!
Instructions:
1.extract the twrp.rar and zedge.rar file to ur external sd card...This is only twrp compatible u cannot use cwm recovery to use this but u can install twrp restore this rom then again u can flash back to cwm recovery. To install twrp pls refer to this... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39394172&post39394172 ( see to 3rd post )
2.after u go to twrp go to wipe option...then factory reset, then wipe system,then wipe cache and dalvik cache,then wipe android secure.
3.then go to restore option choose external memory and restore it...boot and ur done....enjoy...!!!
known bug-sms not showing contact name only numbers...!!
Bug fix -1.download the below mentioned alcolawlThemeMMSbubble-v1.33.zip and keep in ur sd card..open titanium backup...select backup/restore option.....scroll down to...messaging 4.2.2-Dar...3(SMS/MMS PREFS)....touch it once and choose un-install !..then press yes.... followed by another yes
2.Now go to twrp or cwm recovery whichever u have and flash the alcolawlThemeMMSbubble-v1.33.zip...then wipe cache/dalvik cache...reboot...thats it and its fixed...!!

Nice work but have many issue
The multi window task manager doesn't work when I press home button and density almost not fix wallpaper comes half screen and Some portion of upper side and downside should always black it mean half screen work.......fix it bro

Recent apps panel(multi window task manager according to u) works by long pressing back button, for density i have given a patch, for wallpaper, the stock wallpapers from acer are like this only change to custom wallpaper.

Yaa I know but when I hold home button for multi task manager or clear app it won't open it open google broswer and I have flash patch Zip but screen comes in half size

use back button for multi task manager or to clear apps... & for wallpapers, the wallpapers from acer are like this only use any custom wallpaper then u'll get it in full screen size

Thnx for this but plz main home button fix soon and statusbar are not like your screenshot it not look like kitkat status bar

use gravity box to change icon colors & to use home button as recent apps panel
I can see, you used my Updater-Script which I manged to write it from scratch. It's my hardwork. Please appreciate it. And mention me in proper credits. Or it will force me to report the thread and MODs will take the link down. I'm giving you max 48 hours. Do before that. Thanks! @Aadeep

Installing Apps:
Setting Up Xposed Installer:
Install Xposed Installer & Open It.
Go to Framework and Select Install/Update.
Reboot your phone.
Installing Gravity Box:
Download Gravity Box App.
Install as normal apk & activate its module using Xposed Installer.
Reboot your phone again.

After reboot open Gravity Box and start adding tweaks.Some of the tweaks that you can add are:
1. Statusbar/Notification Bar Tweaks
Here you can change the look of statusbar and add some features like Slide over statusbar to adjust brightness, double tab statusbar to sleep.
In this section Battery Settings & Data traffic monitor didn't worked for me. But you can try it in your smartphone.
2. Navigation Bar
Switch On Master switch, tick on Enable navigation bar & Reboot your phone. You will get Softkeys enabled in your phone. You can change the dimensions, colors etc. too
3. Pie Controls
I don't know what it does. I enabled it but didn't see any effect. So i think this feature don't works in our core.
4. Transparency Management
Allows you to add transparency in statusbar and navigation bar . Works well :good:
5. Power Tweaks
Allows you to enable/disable power menu on lock screen. And one of my favourite tweak of Advance Reboot menu

You can also enable charger plug-in/out sound.
6.Display Tweaks
Expanded desktop mode and button backlight notification works good.
Allow all rotations doesn't work.
# You can also add transparency to Volume panel in Media Tweaks.
There are some more tweaks too in GravityBox menu, you can try them and share results with us.

boot loop in recovery? may be u r using older version of recovery..
try Philz touch recovery it never causes boot loops
&
Advance reboot menu is working fine.

Pie control works, it depends on where you set it, if you put it on the bottom, slide from the most bottom part of the screen to the middle or just until the pie apears.
Does Backlight as LED work..?? Its nt working for me bro.. I have installed the latest version of GB only..!
Just clean installed the MOAR 8/4/2014 build ROM. Awesome ROM but my camera flash and video light option are not there anymore.
Any insight would be most appreciated...

Did you go into the settings toggle and scroll down to the bottom it dosent look like it will move but it dose go to bottom and tirn on toggle for flash its default to be off on first flash have go in and change

Its not working on micromax canvas spark q380, i tried today ,after installing phone goes to a yellow screen and keeps rebooting i waited for 3 hours but phon won't turn on . Thank god i created full backup all my phone data now restore and again working
i used Teamwork touch recovery to flash IOS rom
procedure followed - boot into recovery>wipe data,system,cache,dalvik cache>then installing rom>again wipe cache,dalvik cache>reboot.
i also tried Lolipop prime but both don't work ,both keeps restarting.
i wants to know is there any gapps for ios rom and where i am going wrong .
after flashing ios rom in my micromax q380 i found following bugs:-
1. Cannot save/send sms their is no option of sms settings in whole rom.
2.Cannot save contacts in phone when i try to save any contact error occurs - "sim/usim phone storage is not available".
3.phone randomly restarts .
4. Google maps not working when try to open phone restarts.
5.when phone boots up a yellow pixelrized screen comes which looks so bad.
6.sim 2 slot working but cannot shown in notification area.
7.cannot able to change phone lock screen wallpaper.
8.battery drains quickly after flashing this rom.
Pros :-
1. everything working except given bugs.
2.lot of free space and ram available then before.
3.all interface is really like an ios.

Problem with sms
Can't receive sms with this rom. Installed different messengers, but problem is the same. I can send sms, but i receive nothing.
I installed iOS ROM in my Micromax Q380. It has some issues-
1. I can't receive massages.
2. It always reboots. Why?
3. It says "Unfortunately System UI has stopped.
4. Dual sim card not supported.
5. More power consumption, become lag.
6. It shows RAM-2GB & ROM-8GB But it's not.
7. It always show No Service , but I have full network.
8. It shows 4G but it's not. ( its OK)
