After much fun with the G2 rooting chat, it has been decided that we should collect the fun... tips/suggestions from users that have no clue what is going on or what they are talking about.
I'll start out with a few:
jaake: "i haven't read the thread but have you tried ROM Manager? thats how i jakilbroke my other phone?"
FatTire: "Hey, looks like everyone here is doing a smash-up job. I haven't read the thread but would it work to put the phone on an altar and sacrifice a goat?"
FatTire: "Okay.. sorry- didn't read the thread. Have you tried putting the phone under a pyramid?"
nameless|: "I haven't read the thread, but have you tried using an EMP to short out the protection? You just have to put a faraday cage around the other components"
FatTire: "I haven't read the thread but have you tried microwaving the phone for like 30 seconds to burn out the protection? Thanks and you're all doing a hell of a job."

I wrote this because alot of people get on threads that they think dont make no sense or they just dont like the topic and ask mods to close the thread, as long as its in the right place wth,what might not make sense to you might make sense to others,so as the tittle says if you dont like the thread dont click on it let the mods do there rounds if they find that the thread is useless they will closed it, stop with the xda police patrolling your doing your like a bunch of kids looking for some one to tell on
I accidentally clicked on this one LOL you are one mean dude, you booo santa also? where is the brotherly love that philly is supposed to have? people ask for threads to be closed simply because they clutter up the forum. there are some very important threads that become hard to notice because stupid threads are posted every five minutes and get pushed to the top of the forum not to mention the amount of duplicate threads that get started because some people are too lazy to search the forum before starting a new thread. meanwhile the important thread ends up on page 8...geeeeesh LOL not everyone pays attention to this important requirement: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmvCpR45LKA

1. This thread is useless, as useless and the 1000000 death grip/should I buy a sensation threads
2. feels like you guys never been to a forum. Come on, all forums are the same. The same questions are asked 100000000 times. sometimes they are better moderated, sometimes they are not.
3. It will get better once the sensation matures and the power users will keep the phone and keep interest on it and the noobs own the phone but dont use a forum to talk/root/etc the phone.

Anyone else's battery seem to shake around loosely in their phone? I'm afraid it will just shut off due to this. Mine def jiggles around. Easiest to notice when I try and shake my phone for a screenshot. Last phone I had you could shake the **** out of it with nothing feeling loose.

My old flip phone had this problem.
for a cheap fix, try taping a business card or a small folded piece of paper on the back of the battery before you snap the cover back on.
Yep. The business card shim is the way to go. Cut it to size of battery. Might take more than one. I've fixed more small electronics problems with those little guys than anything else.
