Hi i'm new here,sorry if i missplaced thread.
My sister downloaded Retrica on my phone and she told me that app doesnt work. When i open app it starts with front facing camera and when i change it to back camera app freeze and quit.After quiting im unable to start retrica and if i try to open normal app for camera it reboot it self.
Any suggestions or help?
I'm using 4.2.2 android

Hi there, i'm currently using the ICS DS v4.3 which is very nice ROM and stable. A few days ago, I had trouble with the font camera while using Skype, it functioned properly but after 10-15' it just . . . gone. in order to make it work again I have to kill the Skype apps and log in again to use it. I already installed the HTC_camera_fix patch but no use, are there anyone who have same problem?

Dude read the FAQs of you ROM before you install it...

That means you have to open the camera app and close it, then open it again and front camera should work till next reboot.
I am using Avatar ROM Build number: AvatarROM-v6.5-infuse4g.
My camera is not working. When I open the camera app it shows black screen and nothing work. It hangs...
I tried using third party camera app. still the same issue.

I am using custum rom(galaxy pure based on jelly bean) which i flashed few days back using this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2566113
Few problems i am facing is camcorder is not working and few bugs in flash light not working normally (e:g not working while using camera)
Is there anyway i can get them working again normally.
Also , I can see sometimes that there is problem of screen resolution (dpi) .Like the text and button got overlap in notification of music player.
So .changing the dpi of screen will help me to solve it ? If yes then to which value should I set it. That will enhance the display .
ps: device is galaxy ace plus gt-s7500

for the camcorder you can download videocam illusion from playstore....in fact the native camcorder doesn't work.....whereas to fix flashlight you can use this xposed module http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/xposed-flashlight-fixer-fix-devices-t2867267

i tried what you said. But viceocamillusion does not let you save the videos. Atleast in my case. Whenever i take a video and quit this app then look for that video in my sd card i couldn't found it .
Also the xposed module didnt helped me either. Anywas a used a torch app made by same dev. It helped me for the flash problem but still it doesnot work with my camera.

you could try to install CM11 based on kitkat 4.4.4 by Liam D....at the moment I have installed it and is very good....by installing beta2 and the fix you don't need to install the module xposed to use the flashlight....then you can install videocam illusion to use camcorder....
