This is happening repeatedly and I can only stop it by disabling google search. Anyone know what's wrong or should I be thinking about getting a replacement. And oh, I've tried different headphones.
Sent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk
Yes it has happened with me a couple of times. Very annoying but thankfully it does not happen a lot.
Sent from my XT1033 using Tapatalk
So will they fix it in the 4.4.3 update that's rumoured do you think?
Sent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk
+1 It happened for me too

Happened to me too. Seems to happen when I have ART enabled. Doesn't happen on dalvik.

Hey,
any news on that? It happens to my Moto G 4G as well as it did to my old Desire HD. It would be so nice that google voice is deactivated when I am listing to music
Well I have it happen a couple times on my moto g 4G but not very often since I've been on cyanogenmod. Its kind of something I've got used to...it doesn't seem to cause a problem.

I just got my ns4g.. And several times i have noticed.. It will lock up and reboot.. Has happened on tapatalk and watching movies

Could be a misbehaving app
OK I've come to realize there are a lot if bugs on Kitkat for instance I don't have any 4g no mobile internet at all another thing is my web browser experience is off the charts glitchy and the camera has a leggy capture which kinda ticks me off

I've lost data connection and had to reboot a couple of times since the update. It is annoying.
Did you guys try to factory reset?
Sent from my LG-D801 using Tapatalk
I didn't. But I installed clean.
None of those issues, but I did have the bluetooth wakelock until I did a factory reset. Battery is still ehh.
I was wondering, these problems are happening because maybe we installed by the lg suite or is it just the is that's messing up?

My Google Now won't work if I say "OK Google" and even the voice icon in search bar is different looking. I have to click voice icon for it to work otherwise just saying OK Google wont work. Also I get a message after booting up my phone saying "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" don't know what that is or what that affects.

If you think that you have tried everything to work thing out, better call their tech support or visit T-Mobile store.

I actually do and I've noticed when I access the talk to text microphone it comes up differently. Like I'll say something and then it will give me like four or options of what I said I guess to make sure it got everything correctly. Not a big fan of it to be truthful but I love SwiftKey.

If you uninstall SwiftKey, you'll stop getting that error message for gapps. Don't know why it doesn't play nice with the G2's 4.4.2.
I know this has maybe been mentioned before but are people still having issues with the double messaging bug within hangouts? I've read that its because of low signal and maybe a carrier issue but I have full signal and changed sim cards twice! Surely Google have picked up on this???

I had that issue, too. Using EvolveSMS now and have no problems.

I haven't had any problems since day 1. might be because I'm using team blackout clear hangouts app

Wish I could say the same guys. If you Google 'hangouts sending double messages' you'll see that it seems to be a issue across the board.

I get it randomly from time to time. I'd switch but the video calling is pretty smooth

Yeah I'm the same. I really like hangouts as my SMS app. Don't want to be changing it.

I've only gotten a double message once so far out of the weeks I've had this phone. Not even sure it was an issue on my end

I've used Eclipse for moto x and it worked no problem
Sent From My Droid Ultra
Mine would never show like the look handle or the actual notification when I got it. The time would light up and that's it. Happened on all the ROMs I used.
Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
Actually, I figured it out. It had to do with using an sms app that has the pop up reply and I guess when that's on it doesn't show the actual notification.

Yes, I saw it yesterday afternoon. I have no idea what it is/was. The only reason I happened to see it was because I unlocked the phone to turn on WiFi. When I did that, the notification quickly went away. I just assumed that whatever it was trying to update did so with WiFi on. I'd like to know what it was though. I don't like the idea of the phone downloading things without approval.
Maybe an update for your keyboard dictionary? I use SwiftKey and get updates every once in a while. However, it states in the notification what it is so there isn't any doubt.
