Hello, I recently bought a Sony Xperia J. I tried both Facebook and Facebook messenger, but none of them work. It says "There was a problem connecting to facebook, check connection and try again. I tried getting it into airplane mode, getting old versions of the apps, have someone else login, have everything updated and I checked the date/time.
Do you guys have any more ideas of what it could be?

search and download provision rom if you can find
it will solve the problem when you exchange the wifi files in system folders from provision to cm10

I have exactly the same problem with you on my xperia tipo. And it seems like I got into this problem with any ROM that was mod from jelly bean . I have already factory reset, cache and dalvik cache. Can anyone help us?

I got the same wifi problem on my xperia tipo with cm10. I tried copying wifi files in system folder from XParanoid ROM but it didn't worked.
Someone please suggest solution for this problem.
I tried lot of roms based on FXP cm10 but all have the same problem. Everytime when I flash just the rom then wifi works perfectly fine but after installing Gapps wifi starts giving problem and also GPS stops working.

Hello, i also installed Cyanogenmod 10, everything works fine, except the wifi. I tried everything suggested, when I cleared my cache the wifi started working perfectly, but when I restarted my phone same problem aqquired. Someone pls help, I'm despereate...
flash the latest version of fxp cm10 after performing a full wipe.
i am using cm10 too and face no such problem.

Hey man, I had exactly the same ploblem here, always had to reboot the phone to get wifi working again. Just solved it some minutes ago, downloading the apk "Wifix Mananger", I hope it works with you too.

Nice try, but unfortunately after a few hours the problem came back. I had to reset dalvik cache, disable and re-enable wifix and then it fixed the problem again... temporarily.
Anyone has a more persistent solution?
PS: On Tipo.

I have this issue both wifi and data connection. Last week I switched from cm12 (with xposed framework and xprivacy) to Sony stock 5.0.2 (without xprivacy), but I don't know, if it has something to do with it. I think of going back to cm12 to check, whether the problem still exists...

Thank you very much - after freezing the mentioned app and a reboot it works again :good:
So it all started a month ago...dont know what i did to the phone but ever sence then i am facing reboots every time my display is off....it never happens while display on or while charging.
I am using sony xperia t2 ultra dual.
I tried flashing stock rom multiple of time through androxyde, it works well for a day and then again after that, this issue occurs.
Currently i am facing more then 2-300 reboots everyday and it is very annoying...cant afford a new phone...plz help...its not a request....i am actually begging for help...

Boot your Android in safe mode.
If your Android is not restarting after booting in safe mode then their is third party app that causing random reboots.
Find and remove that app and see problem resolved or not.
Also try enabling developer options and getting the LogCat error-logging. It might be possible that something got corrupted and is causing a lockdown. Try filtering the log for Intent.ACTION_REBOOT maybe.

You can use an app called ALogcat from the Playstore, it will capture logs for you.

Sometimes there r random popups of Google movies and TV fialure. U may see more than one devices named Mi A1 in Google account, play store doesn't works untill first restart. Nothing other than that.
Try login to google play from your PC and install an app to your device. Last time I try, my device is missing, but it back to normal a few days later.
Got the update by clearing Google services framework, everything working fine.

Actually didn't face any problems .. Fingerprint has a bit more speed , a tiny bit but noticable change , Fingerprint gesture back that's it havent noticed anything than that new .. But still myjio app bug prevails, have to remove the permission of telephone for myjio app everything works normal
