Instructions:
Download the zip
Boot into recovery
Install It like you would with a Mod Or Rom
Then Set The Check Box At the end With Reboot In To System
Then Boot Back In to recovery and See your new recovery
I Have Also In Include The Instructions for F2FS In The Recovery Switcher
Instructions For F2FS:Procedure for fresh conversion including new Rom flashing:
1. Backup everthing you want to keep with titanium backup or whatever backup you choose.
2. Fastboot flash the new recovery img.
3. Run a twrp backup in case things get ugly!
4. Flash new ROM now if desired.
5. Still in recovery...Goto wipe -> hit Advanced wipe. Select data and hit change partition type. Convert to F2FS. Repeat for cache.
6. Flash the kernel+fstab conversion
7. Reboot and profit. Any partition app on market can confirm new format changes.
Procedure for nightly ROM updates after F2FS conversion:
1. Flash nightly
2. Flash kernel+fstab conversion
Procedure if you want to convert back and forth after initial conversion for testing purposes:
1. Change formats of data/cache as desired (only ext4 and f2fs supported).
2. Flash kernel+fstab conversion to update format types before attempting boot.

I believe your problem is that you're on TWRP 2.5 in the first place, it's super buggy and has major issues flashing anything.
Download the modified version of TWRP*2.6.3.0*from here. Put the file in your fastboot folder. Connect phone in fastboot mode, open command prompt from within fastboot folder, issue the following commands:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery "filename.img"
(the exact filename, minus the talking marks)
Code:
fastboot erase cache
Code:
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Now try the recovery flasher again.

Did you flash the rom in cwm after the first time you flashed the boot.img? If not then that is probably your issue.
For me I flashed boot flash rom in cwm and for good measure flashed the boot again.
I am going to try a new download of the rom I think that could be my issue.
Right ill basically start from as if i was to flash the rom from if i has a stock phone
1.Make sure phone is rooted and unlocked by Htc dev
2.Have a custom recovery flashed
3.Download the v2.0 and v2.1 of the rom and also the boot.img
4.Place v2.0 and v2.1 files into a folder on your sd card.
5.Now make a nandroid backup of your current rom you are using before you flash LeeDroids rom
6.Extract the boot.img so that you can run the command to flash the .img to your phone
7.Boot phone into bootloader then fastboot, connect phone to pc and it should say fastboot usb.
8.Run the boot.img file to which ever OS you are using (meaning windows, mac etc.)
9.Get back into the bootloader screen and get into recovery.
10. Format system, data and cache also wipe dalvik cache as well. It should be wiped by formatting system and data but only takes 2seconds to do it anyway. You will find it under advanced menu(In Clockworkmod)
11. Find the .zip of leedroids v2.0 and flash it
12.Reboot phone and finish the setup menu and just let the phone settle for a minute or two after you finished it
13. Boot phone into bootloader and then fastboot. Run the boot.img again just to be sure.
14.Boot into recovery and flash v2.1 and then reboot and enjoy.
Now set phone up the way you want
This is the method i have used seems long but only takes 10minutes once you have all the files. I have done this 4 times using this method
I will try this method later so what's the v6.4?

Yes, You can mount USB Storage and copy files back and forth when in Recovery. CWM cant do that. Its broken in that fashion.
Even the prior 2.17 version of twrp is broken too.

I'd reccomend clockworkmod over twrp, had more bootloops with twrp in the past.
Also, good alternative rom is dark jelly cm10.1 with android 4.2.1 stable and reliable, using it a pretty long time.
Easy install via an automatic installer program called aroma installer, no need to flash boot.img here

yes, ck your md5's. i use es explorer and it is easy
as john said you can try another rom, but still ck md5 and wipe system as part of your wipes
if you flash a rom with aroma, don't wipe in recovery and aroma. only one. i prefer recovery
as for cwm or twrp. everyone has their favorite. it is my understanding though cwm hasn't kept pace on updates with later version roms afaik
hope you get it--
Hope this help

Did you have a cwm based recovery then flash twrp? That happens when you switch. If so you have to flash a non touch cwm then flash twrp and wipe cache after every flash
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
I think the process is:
Non touch CWM
Touch CWM
TWRP
With fastboot erase cache between each flash.
Sent from my Evita
I just fastboot erase cache
fastboot flash recovery cwm whatever current version is
then installed the rom..
i think that dialer issue affects first gen htc one x owners some sort of dialer issue internally affected it they released a newer model with the fix.
i only say this bc my manager had the first gen and i had to flash cwm for him to get his dialer to work

Hello,
I recently unlocked my bootloader and installed the CWM recovery to install custom kernels for overclocking (my htc one mini is not rooted). So I went for the JmzM4_Kernel-09-4-13. And since I installed it I am in a F$%&/&%$ reboot loop. I already wiped the cache and dalvik cache twice but it doesn't help. I searched already for answers on google but I didn't find what needed, so I landed here.
Hope somebody can help me to get out of this reboot loop and get a normal smartphone again
Thank you for your attention

Yes I did flash the boot.img with flashboot, but I have android 4.3 and sense 5.5 on it. Is that maybe the problem?
A friend of me said that if I flash an incompatible kernel on my device, it would be dead. Is that true? I don't think so because I still have acess to the bootloader and CWM recovery .
shouldn't brick your phone, but your gonna need to flash a kernel compatible with 4.3. There isn't one in this forum, but if you ask one of the rom devs on here really nicely they may provide a compatible kernel from one of their rom releases. Else your gonna have to re flash your rom..

there are NO 4.3 kernels as of yet. I'm saying you need ask a dev to make you one,but I doubt they'll do it unless you ask really really nicely. Your most likely going to have to flash a whole rom..
AND NO HTC ONE AND HTC ONE MINI A VERY DIFFERENT. DO NOT USE ANY KERNEL UNLESS IT'S MADE FOR THE ONE MINI. OR YOU MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE.

Personally I would only recommend the one I am currently using, as I haven't tried any others except WWE Stock 4.2.2 by trigger, which is the base of what I'm using, which is Magio R3 with the JMZ Kernel. I used the guide below which worked without problems. BUT BEFORE YOU DO MAYBE MAKE A POST ABOUT CHANGING FROM 4.3 TO 4.2.2 JUST BECAUSE I AM NO EXPERT, AND I'M UNSURE IF THERE COULD BE ISSUES WITH THIS? THOUGH I THINK IT SHOULD BE FINE.
Else stick with the 4.3 Stock ROM by Trigger though this is untested by me. Also skip the kernel installation if using the 4.3 ROM.
THE GUIDE:
Ecstacy42 said:
Don't do it if you don't feel comfortable.
1. Unlock your bootloader here. Select "All Other Supported Models" and follow the instructions.
2. Download the Rom, Kernel, and a recovery, verify the MD5 checksums, and then copy the rom and kernel zips to your internal SD card. I'd recommend one of the WWE versions as they don't have a lot of the AT&T bloat.
3. Boot into the bootloader (it says how in the guide showing you how to unlock your bootloader)
4. Select fastboot, plug your phone into your computer.
5. Type "fastboot devices" to make sure it's connected, then type "fastboot flash recovery whateverrecoveryyouused.img".
6. Boot into recovery. Make a backup. Then wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik cache.
7. Reboot into fastboot, then type "fastboot flash boot boot.img" using the boot.img from the Rom you downloaded.
8. Reboot into recovery and install the rom zip using TWRP/ClockworkMod.
9. Reboot into fastboot and type "fastboot flash boot boot.img" using the boot.img from the kernel.
10. Reboot into recovery and flash the kernal zip.
11. Start up your phone, if you flashed a DeOdexed Rom it'll take a little while to boot up.
I'm not sure if you have to flash the boot.img from the rom, then flash it, then flash the boot.img from the kernel and then flash it, but it's best to follow the directions and avoid potentially causing problems.

Everything you need is here on the XDA, "HTC One mini" section. ONLY USE ROMS WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY FOR THE "ONE MINI". NO OTHER. EVER.
Just use this one it's 4.3 stock. You flash it as a ZIP from either CWM or TWRP.

But how do I flash the odex rom?
I already tried to flash the whole zip file with fastboot, but the file is too big. the cmd says Failed(remote:data lenght is too large).
So how do I bring this rom to recovery from my computer?
Thank you for your answer.

But How do I flash my rom.zip? I cannot flash it from fastboot because it shows an error message in the cmd : Failed(remote: data length is too high). How do I get this $%&%&## file on my recovery or how do I flash it directly from my computer. I already searched the web on how do I do this. But no detailed or specific answer to my problem.
Please explain it to me step by step again :good:

You need to "push" the zip to your internal memory. Put your zip in your ADB fastboot folder on your computer. Then use command "adb push romname.zip /mnt/sdcard/". Then install the zip from cwm or twrp recovery. And flash the boot.img from zip with ADB fastboot...

I tried adb push but the cmd didn't reconize it. It says (from german, I try to translate it) : the order adb push is either wrong writen or it couldn't be found. So how do I use or reactivate adb push ? or maybe there is another way to push the file in the htc ( for example with a program ).
Thanks in advance
