We all applications work with ART? Fails The virtua tennis
If the developer has updated their source code to be optimized with ART, there you go.
If not, some apps will fail to run.

Hello all I found a fix by accident to play GTA SA on KitKat ROM with my note 3 ,,it is very stable this way and you are able to save games etc ,,I will share the solution with you but I didn't had the time to find out what setting precise made it work but one of the apps or settings what I'm going to tell you will make it work perfect and if I uninstall this apps I get the same crash halfway the loading screen or 1minute gameplay before it crash.
So to make GTA SA work perfectly on KitKat 4.2.2 (Note 3 but prolly for other devices too) you have to install :
Xposed Installer
And after you install the following modules: (prolly don't need them all but got it working with these modules)
Allow long SMS
Android Tuner
App settings
FixVisibilityOfMultipleNonFullScreenActivities
ImmerseMe
Wanam Kit
Wanam Xposed
Xuimod
YouTube Adaway
If this don't works straight after than you need change some settings in AppSettings or AndroidTuner .
I tested this and GTA SA runs very stable on KitKat now and never crashing at the loading game anymore

do i need root for xposed installer
This doesn't work. Yes you need to be rooted for xposed framework. OP provide more detail, a lot of time has been wasted installing all those addons

@Vegastroy .... ART is the new Android Runtime which was first introduced with the release of the KitKat O/S, it replaces Dalvik Runtime. The main purpose of ART is to improve performance and smoothness of the core Android platform and battery life. You can enable/disable it by going to :::: Settings>Developer Options>Select Runtime ::::
There have been some posts in motor g forum that complain that using "Art" causes several games to F/C or not run at all. The full benefit of having "Art Runtime" will probably not be seen until a future release of Android O/S which has been optimized for Art and then there will be Apps which are also optimized for Art, so things will get better.
For now , whilst there is still a choice in Settings to use either Art or Dalvik, there is nothing to stop you swapping about
Check out this ,the latest codes released by Android
OVERRIDE_RUNTIMES allows you to locally override PRODUCT_RUNTIMES.##
To only build ART, use "runtime_libart_default"#
To use Dalvik but also include ART, use "runtime_libdvm_default runtime_libart"#
To use ART but also include Dalvik, use "runtime_libart_default runtime_libdvm"ifndef OVERRIDE_RUNTIMES#

Checked. My debug version works but the Play Store version doesn't. Must be something wrong while in compilation process. Will try to fix this ASAP.

Problem fixed. I uploaded the new version to Play Store.
While waiting for the new version to be available to Play Store you can try this apk.
Working well but would like less knocks to open app
