s-off>flash custom recovery>do a nandroid backup>flash custom rom
you can use this guide
use the search function next time & read the stickies

phone must be s-off,phone must be rooted,phone must have CWM recovery and thats basiclly all

well
well, there're 2 ways.
The first one is flash official RUU derectly.
The second one is flash *.zip by recovery.

You might have to root your android first, because mostly a custom rom required a rooted phone.

I want to install the rom in this thred -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2480518
But instruction says -> 8. Install Kernel zip from SD card
How can i install that without having a downlaod link or other way!
I don't know about kernel i'm just flash my phone with roms.
How can i find that kind of file????????

search on google for kernal and install it via recovery

i cant install BBM on my Desire S, can you give instruction for it???

Which android version are you on ? . and if u try to install what error message does it give ? .....
the installation instructon is the same as other apks....once installed... create an BBM ID.. once done... log into ur account and done.... u can start using it...
