Multiple Samsung, HTC devices banned from benchmark site for cheating
As noted by The Register, benchmark test creator Futuremark has publicly shamed Samsung and HTC by removing several of their devices from its website. The site ranks smartphones and tablets according to their performance on its 3Dmark test for Android, which measures graphics performance on mobile devices.

Its the manufacturer of Samsung Devices and the manufacturer of HTC Devices in this image , they are others too. Basically they want to sell more by impressing end users by showing higher bench marks for their products when testing is done.

I think it may only be available in the US.
kinda sucks that there is no access to the boards...the app is rather useless to me without board access...
other than that, very nice app, nice interface, doesn't look like an iPhone rip (though it may be)

Hey guys, in between something serious.
Before reading on : this app is not free (0.50€), though not commercial, it is a charity project for PETA Asia and Birdlife International.
The description of the game :
Navigate the polarbear Herbert on his way home to the Artic.
Help him to collect as many coins as possible, to finally reach the goal of 50.000 euros.
At the end of the journey through Germany (Düsseldorf) and England (London) he returns to his beloved Bernadette.

I do not even know if this is allowed here on XDA to promote such an app, though you might have nothing against it.
For my/our credibility ill update the download statistics / earnings regularly, so you can follow the success of the project.
At all, the application would need 100.000 downloads to reach 50.000€, which is a very high goal, still there is no reason why we should not try!
Show your support or don't - it's your choice, though it wont hurt you.
