[Q] Hardware Changeable Galaxy R / S2

Is the hardware of these two phones changeable?
I have a totally briked Galaxy R (motherboard broken) and i thought it might be able to get one from an s2 ore get a smashed s2 and change the screen over.
Possible

The screen size of sgr is 4.2 and screen size of sgs2 is 4.3
Also, both phones have totally different hardware..

Change your tab if it is in warranty but if not order a replacement speaker online

Where? I can only see used ones on ebay... cant find any place that sells new speakers

Yes, first thing i checked. The left speaker sometimes comes on at full blast, but the speaker output itself is minimal and popped/crackled sounding. Its definitely blown. I would rather use a new speaker, but can only find one used one on ebay. I can find right ones all the time...but for some reason china only makes right side and not the left side??

Would be better to pop back cover pull battery and look to see what is on the sticker and Google the model number listed...

Looks like the samsung note but that one says samsung on the top and not in the bottom

Yeah, and the Galay Note has three buttons at the bottom, not four like this one

Note 3 are still fetching good money brand new sealed £400 note 4 will most likely be £530 on launch it's well worth waiting a few weeks for
