Need Mediascape & Timescape

Hello.
I made a mistake and I deleted mediascape and timescape without making a backup.
Can someone please upload it (version r2b026) ?
Thanks.
I don't think it would do any good. My understanding is that core apps like Timescape and Mediascape can't simply be re-installed.
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you'll need to re-root (or at least re-flash one of the firmwares) to get them back.
Im not sure but I seen someone have a problem in '[Q] Rooting contact issue' topic a few posts down.. someone has posted a timescape backup with commands.
not sure if it wil work for sure but atleast this way, if timescape works then mediascape should be possible n al
Hope it helps!!

Xperia X10 mini - remove unwanted system apps

Hi! Hopefully somebody out there can help me. I have the problem on my mini, that I frequently run out free space. How can I remove apps like Wisepilot which I don't even use? Thanks in advance for helping me. Cu Steve
Please move to the correct forum!

Be carefully, Only delete Systemapps as Wisepilot or Youtube, not Apps like HTML Viewer.
You can delete them with Root Explorer. You find the Systemapps in System \ App
LG

[Xperia J] List of applications that can be safely deleted after ROOTing your Xperia,

Here you can post names of system applications that you've successfully and safely deleted from your ROMs without causing any malfunctions in your smartphones. You can also ask questions if you want to delete something, but you don't know if it's not gonna cause any malfunctions to your smartphone.

use SystemCleanup app
it tell you which system apps are safe to remove
BTW
I removed.
all timescape apps,
liveware manager
all live wallpapers
YouTube,Facebook,twitter widgets
photo frame widget
default media player widget
playnow
for safety purpose have full backup before deleting system apps
or install System Cleanup to find out which application is safe to delete
Not all applications safe to remove are shown in system cleanup as safe to remove. But this application is a very good start.

i use link2sd to delete hehe.
i already delete google+ and chrome which are useless.
but i want to ask what about deleting Sony Select? i though it was useless too
I use Titanium Backup Pro to remove system applications.
Sony Select is the title of the application, cause titles may be different in different languages. Can you precise what is the full name of the application with extension, cause it should be same even if the languages of ROMs ate different?

Yes it is. Delete that.
I am wandering. If I'd install different launcher would it be safe to remove the standard Xperia Home launcher?

Its theoretically safe if you select the new launcher as default, and it doesnt stored in internal storage (must be on phone/system). But i havent tried it anyway, i dont think it could brick it.

u can partitioned ur sd card by inserted it to pc/laptop via card reader.
in my case, I used MiniTool Partition Wizard to create the 2nd partition. And dont forget to use "ext2" file system for your 2nd partition.
p.s: u can also use another tools like EaseUS partition master or by Disk Utility on linux. :good:

At Xperia L Clean 'n' Tweaked ROM, Serajr showed the list of removed apps in the 3rd post
I guess it is safe to remove any of them ( but beware of removing important app without replacing it with another one , as each ROM has its own new apps)
