I had that mess me up a few times as well. When you log in on the left side you should see Help Desk highlight in orange. I had to cancel my Neo Hybrid case today but kept my screen protectors on order. Not knowing when the GS4 32GB is coming or what case options I really wanted I just felt it was safer than risking a return not getting back in time. They were very helpful and took great care of me.
if you click the help desk it should automatically pop up with "create new ticket"

I question that @ $25.
There's no contact with the pins on the bottom of the phone so either they have bluetooth in there (unlikely) or, because you put it into the holster face-forward, it uses the proximity sensor to keep the screen off... saving battery.
I'd like to know what they're actually talking about.

I wish I had seen this 2 weeks ago. I just shelled out 30 bucks for the HTC leather horizontal holster. Though, so far it has been great. The only other open holster I have ever used was the body glove one on the G1. And it was a very bad experience. The slide cover only lasted 4 hours before it fell off and was lost.
Spoke with HTC today to get any additional detail on when they will receive any in stock soon. The site says backordered. The rep said your best bet is to check weekly to see if they get any in stock.
Bottom line, customer reps know zip on the status as well. LOL Wasted 30 mins on hold.

I think it would have taken you about the same time to sew two pieces of neoprene together...
For christmas, I received a ZAGG Invisible Shield for my Samsung Galaxy Q (Gravity Smart). PROBLEM: The first time I applied the protector, I didn't place it properly. The next day, I removed it and replaced it. I only realised the problem afterwards. I had a huge blob of dust underneath the shield. I was wondering if there was a fix or if I can just bring it back and say I don't know what the hell happened.
My phone now has the stock screen protector.
Please help me. Anything would possibly be fine.
Just hope I don't have to end up buying another one for twenty bucks.

There is a few options here, first thing you need to do is register the product online if you havent already. The instructions are on the box if you dont have the box just go to Zagg.com, and navigate your way there.
You can try to take it off again and with some sort of small "tool" (tweezers or a good blade) rmove the dust and clean the back of the protector off and reinstall. If that doesnt work it may leave a smudge or something if you arent careful then you have only wasted time seeing as how it was already screwed. From there you could try to take it back because that would be easiest and the woprst they can say is no. If they do say no then go to the website and request a replacement you have to have a credit card of some sort because they will charge you 20 bucks but only to verify, they put it back in a few hours. it usually takes a week or so to arrive. They ask a few questionsabout why you want the replace it so answer them wisely or they will turnyou down, then when you receive the new one you send your old one back. Hope that helped
I would love to see Speck make a Fitted case for the Nexus 4 to protect that glass back so I have submitted a request to do so. If you like the idea please go vote for it as per there feedback email the more votes they get the more likely they will be to build the case.

Bought this case off of Ebay. Follow the link below to see the case. Look at the picture of case provided, it shows the S View the way it should look. Further down the post is a statement you must download an app to make S view work. So I get the case and there is a plastic card with an internet website and a serial number. After getting the app from an unsecured website in China and installing. The S view is no where's near what is in the picture on Ebay. I have a OEM Samsung S view case with a 4 pin chip on the back inside of the case. This what makes the S view work. Yet the Samsung feels cheap and is made of plastic. I wanted the leather look and feel. Which the Ebay does provide but with too many other draw backs. Like, once you have the phone installed and open the case fully. It will never fully close again and I mean never, like it made rubber between the outside leather and the inside of the case. The is pure false advertising with picture be worth a thousand words. After several exchanges of emails between me and the company I havn't heard back from them.... So like I said, BUYER BEWARE. BAD, BAD CASE!

The phone comes on when i open the case and off when i close. If I press the case at the home button location the lock screen comes on and I see the time, date and weather in the window that’s all I need.
I also have my home button set to answer a call ... don't have to open my leather case to answer just press the case at the home button location ... of course the case has a window for caller id and a cut out for ear speaker

How long did it take for your case to break in. I am going a week and half. It is so bad I have sit something on top phone to keep the case closed.

Strange ... mine only took a day or two.
Did you buy from the same supplier as me. If so they were out of town and are back now. Check and see if they will exchange it.

That has to be the same folk because when i emailed about the problem I got an out of office till Jan 4 reply. I have case of .45 cal rounds sitting on the edge now. Hoping it will make stay closed. The look and feel of case is excellent. As I said in the first post, I haven't heard back from them.

If you decide to keep the case and use the app I posted you will need to place a small piece 0f light color tape inside the case where it contacts the proximity sensor. Apparently the sensor doesn’t like the color inside the case. The app developer makes note of that.
I just had another thought … do you have one of the thicker screen protectors on that may be preventing the case from closing?

Yes I am keeping the case. I also have the Samsung version to this case. And I used the chip from it so I don't need the app. I have no problem with the case from that stand point. Still trying to break the case in by flipping the case all the open. But once I do that the case will not close and will pop open. I have tried sitting a heavy object on the folding edge for 24 hrs. But it bounces back like it's made of rubber. The quality of a case with the leather and Samsung chip is what I should hsve gotten from Samsung in the first place. Not the cheap a $$ plastic. And no I run naked as far as s/p goes. With the Gorilla glass is so good and so much trouble with 3rd party glass s/p halo, why have it.

Make that 3, small but defiantly there. Design or proccesing flaw. Contacted Spigen for replacement

I ordered the Spigen as well as Moko's clear case. In the reverse of yours, I ended up having that same line but on the Moko case not Spigen's. I'm starting to think this flaw is actually a seam when they were creating the cutout on these clear cases that didn't get finished off or something since I've seen it on another brand as well. I liked the Moko well enough but it's in a drawer as a backup and I have the Spigen on now. I'm also not having any issues with the volume buttons that some people mentioned in the reviews.
