[Q] replaced recovery.img now phone wont boot! - General Questions and Answers

hello, i have a huawei u8860 honor, I wanted to put a custom rom on my phone, i didn't really know what i was doing but i saw a tutorial that that said to put the phone into pink screen mode then replace the recovery.img with clockworkmod one. i made a backup of the default on just in case. the clockworkmod one wouldn't let the phone boot so i went back to put the original recovery.img file back onto the phone. but now my phone will not boot with the default stock recovery.img and boot.img. i cant get into recovery mode or anything other than "pink screen mode". all it does is flash the huawei logo for a few secconds then turns off. i have no idea what to do. did i do something wrong restoring the recovery.img backup? please could someone help me!
thanks in advance
ps. sorry if this post is in the wrong section i couldn't find the section for this model.

[Q] Can any one save my day..??

hello.. today I rooted my friends Galaxy Fit successfully and some how after I deleted accidently a file with root explorer it stuck... it boots up with power button shows SAMSUNG and the Galaxy Fit and then black... with the screen on... I was trying ALL DAY to make it connect to odin to flash at least a recovery without any luck.. ant then I remembered I that the galaxy ace GT-s5870i doesn't need odin for recovery.. they made something else.. ( this.. ) And my question for everyone, is it possible to somehow port OR make something like this for Galaxy Fit..??? (I tried to flash the recovery for gt-s5870i on Fit with stock recovery just to see what happens and I does boot but there is a screen bug..)

For one: DO NOT FLASH OTHER DEVICES ZIPS (roms, recovery, etc) TO YOUR DEVICE. YOU`RE GONNA BRICK IT !
There is a flashable CWM available for fit but your need custom recovery to flash it. So the only way is by ODIN to override the stock one.
The black screen was probably bootloop. You just need to reflash stock rom or other custom rom.
Here it is a tutorial how to root and install a custom recovery for FIT:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1595441
The flashable CWM can be flashed via stock recovery too.
try that out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2243771
Explain exactly what do you mean by a "screen bug"?
Is only the back light ON and nothing appears on the screen? If yes, then you have bricked your device.
If you can still go into recovery and download mode then flashing a recovery and then a rom will solve your problem

Relax....if you can go to ODIN mode then it's not brick yet
Flash Stock ROM for your country from ODIN.
Then reflash custom recovery & custom ROM
I hope that you strictly keep install process!

It's my MOD and you must, after using my MODDER, reboot to recovery again not reboot to system. Then you get this problem you have.
But as the d4rkkn16ht said, you don't have bricked device. Long story and solving the problem is in this thread (some user had the same problem as you have): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2682004 When you read his problem it was because of bad picture size. Wish you luck! Peter :fingers-crossed:

Noone? Please guys
Download stock ROM.zip from oppo site and extract that zip. Take that boot.img and flash it over fastboot then you should have stock recovery, then use recovery to flash the whole rom zip file
