Pls anyone can help me!
i´m from austria and i have a phone card wich is all the time in roaming!( and must stay to can call and sms and inet!)
now i have the Goophone i5 with Original Android 4.0 ICS on! and its rooted!
on my other device Star B92M with 4.1 JB i have the option to deactivat the notification of roaming, but on my goophone i cant!
PLS any Programer say me the location on the sytem where i can delete this notification!

Im from India and I got a recent update on my desire s for android 2.3.5 and sense 3..
everything is working fine but there is just 1 problem. Im getting messages froma number "50" which keeps telling me my location.. I had lookout security installed and was also connected to htc hub.. I deleted the lookout app but imstill getting those messages..
Please some one help as I dont have any idea why im getting these messages.. I havent changed my sim or anything ..

Settings > Call > and untick Cell broadcast option

I want to use a custom rom but every time I try one of custom roms The USSD messages not working correctly
as my gsm send me a USSD msg after every call to inform about the remaining balance
and as it's in arabic it shows as (?? 40.?? ???? ???) but it's correct is (تكلفة المكالمة 14 قرشا)
and I've to get back to the srock rom
what's the solution ??
i face this problem too but it appear that the etisalat carrier is the problem .. i used cm9 in my habitat and everything goes good
i suggest you call etisalat and tell them to make ussd msg sent by english language as default

i just installed CWm9 in my micromax funbook talk (P350) ,,,but i missed some fetures like voice calling and internet or data usage option from my tab ...so i reinstalled clean ICS 4.0 ver. even i missed all those features of my tab ...so ineed my tab to its initial mode like the time of purchase ....so anybody plz help me inned my tab back to its factory mode ...if u have funbook talk firmware plz give me the lik..its a kind request ....i will not experiment again ...promise ...help me devssss....:crying:

Seems you are having troubles with your APN. Try installing a different SMS app as this one Click me and see if you can change the default SMS app.
If it is not working yet you will have to go to Settings-->Data/More-->Cellular Networks--> APN(Access Point Names) and see if your APN is correct.
