Hello guys ,
i have been using CM7 lately , but moved to SuperOSR since is more stable .
anyways , the Phone app in CM7 ( on screen buttons as in CM9) is a lot better than the one on SuperOSR , I tried to replace it in many ways , nothing worked
so is there any known way to do that ?

Hey guys I understand all the hype right now surrounds CM7 and all the ports for that coming out.
However that being said I used to own an HTC Aria and I used to love Cyanogen and all of his work.
I was wondering if anyone has any idea if this is:
a. Works
b. Is still being developed
i. A newer build out
c. If youve used it.

The rom definately works , but ive had problems with making the internal SD work (where you edit the vold.fstab) file , which made me Odin back to Stock then Paragon .
It says on there that there are nightly builds , but im not sure about it still being developed .
My best bet is to wait for the CMSGS team to finish their work .

I had that screen dying this rom also... on build 3 as many more i´ve noticed.
I flashed that earlier kernel after not succesful try on that build 3 kernel.

"So I had no waking up issue so I falshed another kernel, but that decreased perfomance and sound was laggy... So I thought what if I flash the kernel that arakmar posted a couple pages ago... Guess what: I don't have lockscreen or waking up issues, sound is perfect and headset works! Try it!"
I followed these instructions and it really helped!

Well my whole g3 is only 6months old so no battery issues on that case. But i noticed on cm7 that 1.3 hv kernell was the best, didn' t drain battery so fast. If u want more power/speed ( over 1ghz) with different kernell prepare to lose your battery faster.
On cm9 i'm using the same as 1.3hv stats, max 1ghz on processor speed. My battery has lasted on this for last 4 days, since i flashed this rom.

i flashed cm9 with arakmar's kernel and everything is ok..but i want to get rid off the gapps that i dont need , i only use market and gmail..but i dont want to delete anything vital for the phone or these two apps :/ any idea what should i keep and what not?
none of the google apps is vital for the phone
Imo u can delete what u dont need, gapps are not vital for the phone, many roms doesn't have any of google apps but many devs put up a link for every one who wants gapps on their phone

first i tried all cyanogenMod 10.1
and i found
1- ( adlx.xda ) rom have problem with camera and video player and doesn't have problem with bluetooth or sensors when call .
2- ( luzifer1984 ) rom have problem with bluetooth and sensors when call screen not auto off so sensors in luzifer's rom not work but camera working fine and video player working fine .
SO any way to fix that problem in ( adlx.xda ) rom OR any way to fix that problem in ( luzifer1984 ) rom.
can any one help

If we have any way to solve it, they (luzifer & adlx) had solve it before...
In creating ChaCha ROM's we have Kernel problem. now some groups started to compile a new KERNEL. we hope that it will be ready for CM10.2 (android 4.3 jelly bean).
The best way is that you come bak to Original ROM (RUU).

i hope that cause they had made very very good work .
Looks we have to change our phones ...i love my chacha but i'm gonna disappointing on it...kernel problem mkes me angry...because i cant overclock my chacha...

I tried many ROM based on cm7 and 7.2 (now I have the 7.2 kitkat experience) and I always have the same problem: the camera works fine for 2 or 3 times and then I can't launch it because there are problem with the process "camera". Sometime I solved the problem clearing application data or cache.... after many attempts the I can use the camera but after other 3 or 4 times it has the same problem. I never had problems with ICS/JB based ROMS (like CM10.1) but with those I have lag problems after few weeks of use. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem with CM 7.2 ROMS? thank you in advance

Only solution is not to overclock the device. Either use at 600 or above 749.

Then the problem is the overclock! I never thinked to it because on 4.x roms I never had problem. I'll try soon (I have just installed the MIUI v4 and now I'll test if for few days but I think I'll came back to cm7.2 that is lighter and smoother).

hi . i am running cm 11 nightlys and i realy like it so far i have 2 things that i dont like about it . first the nightlys are missing alot of features that i know that will come with time . but the bigger issue i the camera . i would realy love to have the photosphere / stock camera abd when i downloaded and installed the stock camera apk it crashed all the time i tried focal and other apps but i would realyy like to have the stock one . is there any way to have the stock camera app running without crashing ??
