Apparently both are the same phones
Has anyone got their hands on them yet?
The Skyrocket is i believe the same Galaxy S II that rogers is selling so you can always look at that one
Edit: They seem pretty similar except with different frequencies
seem typical waiting for hands one.

As we know, Galaxy S II which also known as Skyrocket is the Android smartphone with new technology namely LTE which supports 4G network. Now, if you are Japanesse people then you can now purchase Samsung Galaxy S II LTE in your Country. Yeah, Samsung has launched their Galaxy S II Skyrocket in Japan.
Recently, Samsung Galaxy S II LTE is available in US, Australia, and also Europe. But now, it is surpricingly because as the country with advance technology, Japan now can try this LTE smartphone. For the data plan, this LTE smartphone is launched by Japan’s NTT DoCoMo. NTT DoCoMo is the first provider in Japan who did have LTE network.
For the availability, you can purchase Samsung Galaxy S II LTE for ¥20,000 or $258 USD. This price is including a two-year contract with NTT DoCoM0. You can check the specs preview of Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket or check the hands-on video here
This probably means MIUI soon! Woohoo!

Hi,
I'm new to smartphones and am looking to buy the Samsung Galaxy S3 i9305 4G LTE 16GB from MobiCity UK (I'm based in the UK). I've looked at the standard (non LTE) version but want to buy SIM free and with some future proofing.
Under 'Specifications' it states 'Important Information' as "This discounted stock has a HK ROM with UK or US English locales."
Questions:
1) Is this safe to buy? What does this mean: 'HK ROM'?
2) Anyone had any dealings with MobiCity UK and if so, are they any good?
Many thanks.

No LTE network? - Seems the N900 is the popular one with non LTE carriers.- Also depends on Samsungs mood I reckon! haha
Depends on the market here in the Philippines we have the octa core and the SD edition..

We too in the Middle East have both the variants of the Note 3 (Exynos & Snapdragon). There is 4G LTE here but some areas are still on 3G, that's why Sammy has both models here.
I don't think the SD800 N3 will ever be available in India (Just look at S4) even though there is 4G in Bangalore. You could always import it from somwhere else like Qatar or Kuwait where there is no Region Lock on the N3.

Hey,
I just need a bit of help. I am interested in buying Galaxy S6 International model. The reason is for quicker updates and what not. I live in Canada and my carrier is Windmobile which uses 3G - BAND 4 (AWS). I did read through forum, but still unsure. Can someone 100% confirm that Galaxy S6 G920I has 3G - Band 4 (AWS)? And does this G920I model support LTE Band 4, 17, 2, for Rogers and Bell in Canada?
Thank you!
I want to know too.
im interested in knowing the answer to this as well.
its cheaper for me to buy a g920i model from amazon than buying the canadian version from wind.
will the signal strength be different?
According to Expansys.ca the 920i will work on WIND for voice and HSPA+ but not LTE; it does support LTE on Bell, Telus and Rogers. No version of S6 currently supports LTE on WIND AFAIK. I ended up getting a 64GB 920f from Expansys because I wanted a white device right away. Shipped it was $30 less than outright from Bell with the perk of being unlocked.
