I have tried putting mp3s in sdcard/Alarms and sdcard/media/audio/Alarms. I tried to make the alarms folder have a lower case a but it keeps saying operation failed. Any ideas?

You have to set the notification tones individually for txt and email.

How do I get the stock messaging app completely removed if I want to use something like Handsent or SMS Pro and not have multiple messages pop up ?
Pete

Go to the SMS application and then go to settings. After that, disable the notifications. Voila.

Does Google have an app that will sound an alarm when a specific wifi signal turns off or it cannot find that signal?
Will be using it for security purposes. Smartphone will be left at home at all times, and will need an alarm to prevent it from being stolen.
Thanks!
