Today, I had a little discussion... Maybe I should try to downgrade my radio don't you think? Because it is odd, if the problem is from first build for this HTC.

It should be soon.
It sounds like the next build was probably going to be the next milestone release, but due to the bugs on many devices in B39, they may release build 40 beforehand.
Regards.
B39 working great and bug free here....got all connections, camera, hotspot.......all is good.
Must be small differences between devices.

Hi, so B40 is out. I tried to install it, but problem is still here. I found out, when i am in H-BOOT I see unlocked but, there is S-ON there is not S-OFF. It is maybe why its not working. I am confused, how to make phone S-OFF? And could it be reason of my problem?

Typically any Official update will break #SU access and sometimes cause a serious headache in the process.
If you are rooted, do not apply the update. Just wait for a kitchen baked variant to be released.

The ones in the radio thread stickied in the development section are ok to flash. They are setup properly for root. Bluetooth definitely got some attention in this update. Much more stable connection than before, not perfect, but much better and livable.

maybe fixes visual voicemail bug?
For about 6 weeks I've been having issues with the stock visual voicemail app force-closing every time I tried to use it. I tried going into the app's settings area and clearing its data, then re-enabling it in the caller app, all to no avail.
I just installed this update and it looks like my VVM is working again, so I'm hoping this was indeed a known issue and was fixed.
(FTR, I'm not sure that a factory reset before the update wouldn't have fixed the problem, but I didn't feel like re-installing all my apps so I let it go and just used the old-school voicemail number for a while.)
Is there anyway possible for me to get the update because i had s-off and then i wanted to unroot but i used gfree so i had to use gfree and ran into a crap load of problems leaving me right now with s-off and no root permissions . i need to get a new mytouch because this one randomly restarts and i cant send in one with s-off... can anyone help me out?

Is there anything in this radio other than a new radio and new hboot?
I'm s-off via engineering bootloader, NOT gfree. Is it worth the trouble to use gfree so I can ruu and stay s-off, accept the update, then flash clockworkmod recovery via bootloader, then go back to cm7?
That's exactly what I did with the sensation.

Is it only quattro causing problems?
Did you do a full wipe before switching to quattro?
Have you tried the wifi fix in the link?
Where to download?
Sounds interesting. How do I actually get that file to test it out? Webpage gives just the hint, that it was pushed already, but no download.
Help, please?

In past I had the Insertcoin rom, in the beginning it seemd ok, but then suddenly my phone reseted sometimes, I also have it with the recent OrDroid 9.0.0.
When taking a picture it sometimes resets or cannot do anything more. Anyone had the same problem or knows the solution ?
I work with the latest Radio_11.76A.3504.00P_11.24A.3504.31_M and also one of the latest firmwares.
Could this be because of the radio, and if the case : which stable recent radio(s) are recommended ?
You can try several generic ics radio/ril files and see what works best for you. Radios are difficult to recommend because we all live in different areas and what works for me might not work at all for you. So you will have to do some experimenting on your own to see which is best for your area! The generic ics radio/ril files are a good place to start . I hope this helps you out and I wish you the best! Good luck to you. I'm sure you will find a good radio/ril combo for your area!

Thanks, I just flashed that lightning rom and the same unexpected resets.
I'll check where I can find the radio roms for my Sensation.
If it's not the radio, it will probably be the firmware... or maybe the kernel??? I used the bricked kernel, maybe i'll try the faux or the other.

Anybody found a way to get a JellyBean based ROM to connect to a 2wire router? I'm new to rooting and haven't gone through with it yet as this is a big deal for me. I'm looking for a JB rom that just works all around and is pretty stable. Customization isn't really important, I'll probably keep using Nova Launcher anyways. Being incompatible with a 2wire router seems to be the common problem on the JB roms I've read up on.
Any help appreciated
CleanROM JellyBean is probably your best bet. Use that and the 3.17 wireless radio.

Oh okay. I found a thread with a bunch of download links for radios for our phone. You said 3.17, so I'm to assume that the ATT 2.20 radio isn't referring to the firmware number the phones running on? Just trying to make sense of all of this haha, I thought the drivers for everything was the kernel.

So it's non Sense based roms that have the wifi issues? I don't mind Sense all that much, and I'll end up using Nova Launcher anyhow so I guess it's just wasted space on the phone which is fine. A rom will save me all the bloatware which will be nice.

Give me one second to go write this on the computer. Find out what bootloader you have in the meantime. Turn phone off, press power button and hold it while holding volume down until a screen loads up.
On that screen it should say hboot 1.09 or something to that effect.

No matter which radio I'm on I always have the worst time trying to connect tomy 2 wire ..always takes 30 mins
Which roms (if any) have you had success with for getting your 2wire to connect in a reasonable time? I'm assuming a Rom has to be designed for certain radios or the other way around?

Post the alpha version of CyanogenMOD 4.1.2 to identify errors and identify what is not working.
Logs and reported issues upload here.
To install, backup everything, after that make all the wipe.
At the moment does not work:
Bluetooth
Camera
Camcorder
LTE
What works
-Phone(with working incall speaker and mic)
-Wifi
-Sound
-Data (inside file manager)
-SMS
-Video Playback
-Charging
I do not advise to install this who do not understand what is Android!
Firmware is made for version with LTE (k2_ul).How it will work on version without LTE (k2_U) i dont know.
Install this at your own risk!
When you return to the Sense, LTE will not work. To restore it - reflash the radio.
