the package is from Google and does not contain Google mail i'm afraid, i will however put a custom package together when i have time

[ROM] UPDATED: ATT ICS STOCK ROOTED Circle batteryMOD Deodexed W/ 14 Toggle MOD

This ROM is just a simple Samsung ICS Leak minus the bloatware from AT&T and a few tweaks. Thinking about theme but not sure I am still new to the android system files. For now, I just wanted to share what I have to the community, the debloating and zipalign seemed to help for more smoothness of the rom.
What you will find in this ROM:
Rooted (Superuser.apk + su)
Rooted (unsecured boot.img)
BusyBox installed
BusyBox run-parts support
/system/framework is deodexed
/system/app is deodexed
14 Toggle Mod (credits go to: yoderk + romracer)
Does not delete internal SD memory
Working on:
Battery tweaks
Data tweaks
System tweaks
Warning: I first installed the ICS leak before flashing this. I would suggest you flash that first. Otherwise, reports of flashing the I727UCALC4 modem from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1567213 may work with this. If anyone would like to confirm please let me know. THANKS.
Instructions:
Download the rom and place in your external sd card
Reboot to Recovery
Wipe Cache 3x
Under Advanced Wipe Dalvik Cache 3x
Wipe Battery Stats
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Flash ROM
Wipe Data/Factory Reset 3x
Give it some time to fully boot! Enjoy!

I'd love a full AOSP theme, except youtube red instead of blue everywhere. maybe thats just me.

Sick of the aosp requests. No disrepect. Theres just a lot of them already on here. Do something colorful. Getting tired of the just blue or just green. maybe with some cool toggle images

I'll create a flashable zip and upload soon as i get to my home computer.
...wait I spoke to soon. If i do that and you flash the zip it might break your rom theme layout if its themed of course... Don't know if people still would want it like that

Definitely hit me up if you wanna team up. I need an experienced themer to theme, since I'm coming from the iOS system and still learning the android system. I'm working on some battery tweaks now and doing some research on MIUI

It is better to use the UOT Kitchen (uot.dakra.lt). Each custom ROM will have its own custom framework-res. Thus, a one size fits all is not be the best way to go, since a zip made on one framework may break another. You can easily rebuild the apk in UOT kitchen and that would give you a fully compatible flashable zip.
My 2 cents.....

Everything seems to be running great. Only problem I've found is mms seems not to work.

Most of the devs seem to be concentrating on ICS builds nowadays, but you can always port it yourself.
Proxuser wrote an excellent guide on just how to do this, and you will learn a lot more by trying to it yourself and then asking for help if you run into any problems.

Just saying "It didn't work" isn't much help. Post the steps you followed, what happened and when it stopped doing what it should do - then the guys who know what they are doing will hav a chance of helping you to troubleshoot what the problem is.

I followed every step of the tutorial, I've installed the Rom with 4ext recovery, then, during the boot I got stuck on the HTC screen

I wouldn't bother trying to port another sense 3.5 (especially one that hasn't been updated in two months), its like re-inventing the wheel, simply try out our very own and fully functional Endymion (see sig for link) that has just been updated (you can choose to not install the add-on package (themes) and then its just like stock). Although running it without tweaks is silly as Runny has a much faster CPU than us, so tweaks are needed to ensure smoothness and performance

I've already tried endymion and it's such a great rom. But I don't need customizations, mods, tweaks .. I just need the stock rom with the sensation xl fonctionnalities, not more. Yes, i am s-OFF, and I'm locked

SImply flash Endymion without the add ons package then. Running a ROM without tweaks is daft as Runny has a much faster CPU than our DS, so tweaks are needed to ensure smoothness and performance of the ROM.

I'm actually with virtuous affinity, I will retry to run endymion.
With endymion, when I sync my accounts, it says me "an error as occurred with network" or something like that. And I also hate the advanced power menu, is there a way to delete it ?

which account type errors when you sync? need more info?
Using Endymion I've always sync'd Twitter/Facebook/Google/HTC Sense/Weather/Dropbox/Yahoo and Weather Accounts...without problem.
Don't know how to remove - the APM but I'm sure you could - but i find it useful.

There's no problem, but a message appears on my screen when I sync. I think it's because of weather

When I tap on my sync widget, a message appears at the bottom of my screen, and says "A network error occured. Please try again". Do you know what is it ? It has never happened on the others roms, just on endymion (3.4 and 3.5) and rcmix3D runny v3.1.

Interesting, I hear many good things about that ROM over at the DHD forum. Most people for the DHD place use it as their main ROM, much like Endymion is our main ROM.

Hey,
Old issue, it's the "Show Me" account. Go to "accounts and sync", click the "show me" account, set the update schedule to "manual" and uncheck "update when opened" just to eradicate it.

any luck on this one???? ive been looking how to do this as well. I found a couple status bar mods and crap like that and got them to work. but i havent found any complete skins/themes for the sense 4.0. everything i've come across has been for the sense 3.6. and those look bada$$ I want similar themes and icons but have no idea how to do it. lol

sweep2wake is just another way of waking your phone up instead of pushing the power button when its locked. its actually kinda cool. if you installed it when you flashed the rom, all you have to do is put your finger on the little home button on the bottom left and slide your finger over to the search button on the bottom right. and that should turn your screen on for you to unlock. thats it as far as i know

I took xbsall ICS and tried to clean it up so it was closer to stock. It is still a work in progress but I figured others would like to have fun with it.
Based on:
xbsall ICS 4.0.4 ORIGINAL PORTED Rom
Additions:
Stock ICS Launcher
Stock JB keyboard
Stock ICS Gapps
defcomg MMS fix
defcomg Camera fix
Deodexed system\app
Removed:
Most of the LG bloat
Issues:
Capasitive keys search button is acting as a back button.
Camera is upside/down in 3D
LINK
Right now it is a backup from TWRP
P.S Just like with every other ROM or modification once again i have to say that i don't take any responsibility if something happens to your phone by using this ROM...

unable to install
I downloaded the rom but can't install it, I have the p940RecoveryInstaller (TWRP) and am coming from the xbsa acid rom.
anybody else have this problem or know what I might be doing wrong.

Works for me, did you extract the backup folder and copy it to the TWRP folder?

I noticed there is no stock music player in this rom, I also note that the message app force closed when I tried to send an MMS. Also the stock camera is gone so no 3D pics or video. Just a suggestion but I think you may have removed too much, could you post up the stock things you have removed so that everyone has the option to put them back in please.

ahh man I feel like such a noob now. I totally read over that part. thnx for the help!
If you have force close issue's you can try to do a factory reset from within android.
this seems to fix force close issues from backups in previous phones I've had.
for the music player I would suggest apollo music player but that's just because I'm a sucker for anything cyanogenmod related.
