Hello guys,
This is my problem: When I open Samsung Apps at my phone, it gives to loading screen and after that it crashes, it just goes back to the home screen.
I think this is because I updated Samung Apps at a 3G network, but the connection was lost, so it didn't finish the update...
I just dit a factory reset, but it still crashes...
And when I open Kies, it says there is an update for Samsung Apps. But when I click on `update` it says that the latest version is already installed.
Is there a way to reset samsung apps? To remove and re install it?
Much thanks, Thijmen.

Hello everyone. I possess a samsung galaxy s (Showcase) SCH-i500 with android version 2.2.1. Whenever i try to download and install apps from android market, there is an orange triangle with an exclamation indicating that the download failed and to try again. Tried to force stop android market and to clear cache, restarted the phone and even factory resetted, but to no avail. Anyone has an idea how to tackle with this problem please?
I have a rooted phone I bought from someone and it was failing the Samsung updates that came to the phone. So I installed Kies and was able to update the firmware to Android Version 4.0.4 using the computer.
The wifi is connected fine to my home network. It's just when I open the Web icon, it freezes and the screen goes black and eventually I get a message that says "Unfortunately, Web has stopped." I have to hit ok. Sometimes after that I also get a message that says TW Launcher has stopped working.
How can I fix this? The main thing I use the phone for is internet.
Thanks in advance. I am a newbie to the Androids and hope I didn't really mess up the phone by updating the firmware.
First thing I would do is wipe the data/cache from the browser app, and see if that fixes it. If not, you could try another browser, or try a factory reset (will wipe user data/apps).
Does anyone know why the Samsung update button when it pops up to check if there is any updates available. takes so damn long?
I clicked it one today, and it showed and prompted me to install the new update, yet when i tried to click it"Because want to save root i had to stop it to have it enabled" I came back to installing it, and it just hangs there swirling :/. Tried also FC - Google Services, and Clearing Data, then tried software updating, yet nothing.
It's been like this for the last 5 minutes
Any other way for me to reset and speed up this thing? is just stuck at "checking for software update"
Thank you guys!

simply because you tablet are rooted.
You can't receive OTA's. If you did, root would be removed as soon as you ran it.
Go to Sammobile and download the latest stock rom for your area... Flash with Mobile ODIN to keep root...
I tried to do factory reset, reinstall stock ROM, and problem keeps repeating. I turn off option for installing from unknown sources and after a short while it turns on by itself. Tried to scan with Avast and Malwarebytes and it finds nothing. Some apps at first installed by them self and i managed to delete them.
I also have a problem with launcher3...when I restart my phone it displays msg launcher3 has stop working and when i click OK it continues to work like nothing is wrong.
Please anyone help I don't know what else to do. TY

I have exactly the same issue on my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android 7.0. Any resolutions.?
I have exactly the opposite:
I turn On Unknown Sources . . and shortly after they are turned off again!
It's annoying I cannot leave it on.
Stock S7
Hello,
i've got a strange issue with the stock samsung keyboard. When I wanna write a message the keyboard stops working/freezes. There's no error message or something like that, so i need to close and start restart the app. Do you kow whats happening or how i can fix it?. Should i try a factory reset/ clearing the cache in the recovery?
I'm running the latest stock samsung rom.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 ( Exynos )
Thanks for your help.
Try to disable automatic caps in keyboard settings.
I had this same problem time ago and got it solved by disabling that option. But after a couple of months, I re-enabled automatic caps and still work without freezing.
