hi guys, just a question...
when you have full battery how mV is it?
I have 4227 mV on full charge, but sometimes I see 4230 on 99%, sometimes 4218 on 100%....I think that my battery doesn't full charge and values may be wrong

When I put in the new chichitec battery, should I let it charge to 100 percent before turning the phone off, or can I calibrate it just like I would a normal battery i.e charging to 100 and deleting batterystat.bin and letting it drain fully? I just want ot make sure it gets its 100 percent charge.
Thanks in advance,
Matt
Charge to 100%, wipe batt stats, use it.
I try to never ever let it drain fully, it isn't healthy for the battery.
Hi there guys, im trying to calibrate my battery (Stock 1530) using battery calibrator. I have two questions.
1- is it better to discharge my battery then use Battery calibrator to calibrate it or turn off phone and charge over night and power on> recovery and remove Battery stats bin?
2- why my battery at times says 4215 and at times 4209 when its full? can someone describe the right battery volts value to me, thx!
1. i dont use battery calibrator, but charging overnight and wiping battery stats is the way to go.
2. there's no such thing as a "right" voltage. li-ion batteries never charge to their full design capacity. what you should look out for is the current. your battery is full when the current decreases until it settles on a low value. the charging will then stop and you'll notice the current goes to negative.
When I charge up my phone I only get around 4186mV and as soon as I unplug the power its drop to around 4160. Is this normal? What is the fully charge mV for One S?

What your seeing is normal. Don't worry about it. To further answer your question would require a lots of stuff regarding volts, amps & watts.
Thanks for the info. Its never happen to my old phone so just wonder is there a problem to the battery.
Which should be max. battery voltage ?
I have never seen voltage greater than 4.170 mV at 100%, according to Battery Monitor Widget.
My Desire HD instead, reaches 4.201 mV at 100%.
Is this normal ? if not, what should be done ?

Volts are not overly important. It's the mAh that matters. My phone's battery has gone from 3,600mV at 70% to 3,755mV now at 37% (and rose to 3,759 and dropped to 3,756 while I was typing this). My old BlackBerry Torch 9810 used to do the same, my Wildfire S before that. As long as the Elvison battery widget (get it if you don't have it) tells you that your battery is in good health, then you have nothing to worry about.

Thanks for your answer.
I agree, it' s like this during operation.
My problem is the max. voltage when fully charged, which is low compared to the max. voltage of my Desire HD.
I have flashed and restore my tab many times, mostly stocks recoveries, but now when i charge my tablet turned on i have noticed that when its 100% charged it shows a voltage of 4.3, also if i charge my tablet turned off and then i turn it on battery shows 95%, and takes around 15-20 minutes to get to 100 and also shows 4.3v. I have been reading about the average voltage of Li ion battery's and the recommended is 4.2v, or it battery capacity or lifespan decreases. I didnt check the voltage before so i dont know if it is normal, im using stock charger. Im afraid of overcharging the so suffered Nvidia Battery. Does anyone has 4.3 voltage at full charge?
