recently i purchased samsung galaxy mobile GT-S5360. Once a week it goes completly "dead" though battery is full. Then i have to press the on-off button at the side ( for an eternity ) then samsung galaxy logo appears and goes on for an another eternity before i can use the damn phone.
how can i get rid of these two problems ?
ps: i bought this mobile because it was low in price with many features. it is so bloody user unfriendly for my thick fingers , i want to get out of samsung products forever.::http://media.xda-developers.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

Hi there, as an owner of a Galaxy S2 i can confirm i dont have any such issues, in the Galaxy S2 specific forum it is very rare to have a faulty phone, i would suggest it is definitely an issue with that specific phone you have. the S2 is the best phone out at the moment, would suggest having it exchanged for a replacement because that is definitely a problem with either the phones hardware or how android is working on your phone.
my hard luck samsung said motherboard is faulty but they said they will replace it or refund it lets see :S even after spending 570EUR u have to suffer as customer
Hi All,
I have Samsung galaxy tab 7 plus. When I use it and play games on it I feel somehow a heat on my hand from the left side of the device.
Is this Normal?
Please advice.
Thanks
Yeah that's normal. As long as it doesn't get scalding hot you should be fine.
Thanks for your reply. Yes it's not too hot but I have another tab which is galaxy 10.1 and I am not feeling the same so I thought it may has a problem in it.
No you are fine. I actually think the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is much better off than what I have read about the recent iPad
It's the Wireless. You can read an e-book on the device all night it won't get hot. If you browse the web for 20-30 minutes jumping from site to site, it will warm up.
Hello recently I rooted my devise haven't really played about with anything yet just did it to get a free hotspot but I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket got it out and it was restarting and now the screen is shrunk down all the writing has shrunk Iddon't k kw how to fix it tried searching on Google and found nothing
A few weeks ago my friend just bought a used Galaxy S6, the Metro by T-mobile variant. When he presses the microphone button to record his speech to text, it does not stay on as long as my phone does, the Samsung Galaxy J Star. Recently while it was turned on he said it looked like everything on the screen slowly went black and the phone shut off. He is going to get another phone tomorrow. Any ideas on what's wrong with it, and would it be worth it to use that phone the Galaxy S6 over the Samsung Galaxy j7 Star which I currently use? I'm not sure which phone is faster or has any advantages over the other since even though his phone was the flagship model 4 years ago and mine is a mid grade, but mine is 4 years newer.
The Galaxy S6 froze up twice. Is that normal for a phone that old?
The S6 is definitely miles ahead of your J7 Star whatever, as it's much more powerful.
However, the fact that it froze twice in a few days indicates that there might be a hardware problem with the phone itself.
I'd say the best thing to do is get it, completely wipe it and use it for a couple of days and see how you like it and how stable it is.
So i don't know where to ask this but does any of you had their samsung phone microphone broken without any reason ?
My galaxy J4 microphone stopped working all of the sudden , my phone is new and it's been only like 4 months since i got it .
Also my two friends galaxy j3 pros had the same issue , their microphone broke without any reason
then last week my sisters galaxy A6 microphone also stopped .
does any of you have any explanation to this ? or is it just bad luck for me and my friends and sister
