if you look at the iOS side and see there is 4.0 with some downloads (if you click on it) I am not a developer and i dont know much about porting but is this enough to be able to port iOS to android with those files?

android is very popular nowadays，every manufacturer is makeing awesome android phone or tablet。so i was thinking what‘s the different, what kind of mother bord dose they use,is there a different or they are using a some motherbord and just change the cpu or what. i was confused。
For example, i want to make a tablet myself, i need a motherbord and android system right? the system is free ,but where my supposed to get the motherbord,and how my supposed to run the system on my homemade hardware.

android is an OS, any hardware that can understand the OS of android will do.
even phone with Windows OS and hardware, some people are able to port Android also.
There is something to do with the processor that is supported with android mostly ARM.

There is no android kernal... and I doubt their ever will be.
1 support on this phone is minimal at best (even here on xda)
2 there is no experienced hacker that has any interest in bringing this to the pro7
I too would play with android if it was on this phone but unless people are willing to donate to the cause I don't see it happening
