I believe he meant why do you say its blown. Weird is a completely non-descriptive term. If you provide a better description it would be much easier to help you. Also, I'm not aware of spare speakers for the SNS.

Normal. Blown would be heavily distorted sound from all volumes. The crackles are normal> If you aren't happy with that, go do a swap. Or get a whole new phone together... Seriously, if I continue to have problems, I'm gonna drop it completely and go back to BlackBerry.
I. May wait till another android phone attracts me thence ill swap

I think mine just blown today.
My text rings started crackling.
Then all my sounds would stop, then little keyboard ticks would be fine, shutoff sound fine. then again rings crack etc.
Well I go play music and it's crackling like crazy, then goes on/off.
I BLOW into the speaker while music is playing and it "works" better.
Anyways now, it's really dead unless i use an air can to blow on the speaker and it'll make sound.
Blown.
Guess I'll make a claim for my SquareTrade warranty

I could help you better if you typed this in English, but since this is the best I got I will give it a chance. Have you got it wet. It may be water damage.Try rebooting your device. If that doesn't work blow out the headphone hole to clear dust. If that doesn't fix it its a hardware issue and you will have to take it back to AT&T and get a new one.

You probably aren't pushing it all the way in. You gotta push it all the way in to get the most pleasure. I know it's really tight at first, but that's generally the way it goes. She'll loosen up with time.
Yes in Taiwan we call that still a virgin aux

Haha no unless I didn't notice how hard it was to push it in deep. I got my infuse launch week I'm sure no one had returned one by the 3rd day unless it was messed up and they write on returned boxes. Mines clean

you are right i need push deep so many times and now my headphone jack works !!
so drove home super fast just to to prove my phone is not a slut.
apparently i didnt notice it. but yes it does require a little bit of push to it.
thanks god! i thought i was being cheated on or something.

I need a new vibration motor with mic, headphone jack and speaker.

My vibration had burned due to overclocking too much my phone was overheating and one day one of the vibration motor cable had burn.. Now i dont want to mess with the little cables and stuff like that so i just want to get the whole part. Does someone have one or know where to get it please let me know need it asap
I think that is a poor diagnosis as to why your phone is broken.
Do you keep it in a case? How many times have you dropped it?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using Tapatalk
Just a guess, an Adult store? They's got vibrators. Oh my, I crack myself up.
Well yeahh i got case on it and i have dropped it a lot of times already. I can upload one pic more where there is a black spot on a cable like its burned or something

Umm gee "insert att rep name here" I dunno whats wrong with my phone it just has no sound and dosent vibrate...
Of course after its retutned to stock unless you bought outright.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA App
The phone is already costumized and i think it was my fault with the vibration motor that i have accedintely burned it by overcloking it too much. Theres no problem with no speaker the ringtones work perfectly and i did returned to stock and vibration is still not working.

Dropped phone in liquid

So I dropped my phone in a bowl of soup... Yes lmao! But anyways my back cover save it big time, only the top half of my phone when in, I pulled the battery off, sim card and sd card, wipe it and I checked it and both water marks are still white then I put it in a bag with rice. 24 hrs later I put the battery in, it turned on and everything works, except it was showing the headphones icon, I clean out the headphone hole again, turn it off, turn it back on and it was gone, I unroot it just incase it started to act up I could swap it out.( i have insurace) It's been a full day and no issues
OK so my question is should I root it again now or wait to see if something stops working? I think by now something should of been affected already but what do you think?

if you have insurance and won't cost you anything to replace the phone, then use it.
Other than that, rooting or unrooting won't matter on a phone that's been dropped in water.

I'm sure he is asking about the rooting of the phone is cause trying to swap a phone with root/custom rom will not go well for him.

Sorry I guess I didn't make my question clear, what i was really asking was that my phone is working right now, but does my phone run a high risk of something going bad in the next few days or I'm just lucky and nothing broke?
Might be a dumb question but I never had any phone dropped in liquid so I'm not aware if the phone stops working right away or it takes a few days for it to go bad
Don't want to root and then something stops working and I won't be able to flash stock.
Sent from my LG-P999 using XDA App
I would try to root it, after all it's dry now and everything functions.
Thanks, I wasn't sure if it takes a while for the phone to malfunction or not lol.
Sent from my LG-P999 using XDA App
My experience has been if it turns on the next day its all good for many more bowls of soup lol. Or washer and dryer like my olllld bb
Making bad decision's one at a time.
Lmao, I hope it don't happen again lol, but yea everything working good, I haven't tried hdmi output, don't have a cable and I never used it lol, so I'll keep this phone. (rooted of course lol) till some thing else goes wrong, then ill swap it out, thanks for the replies

Try reporting it in the Hellfire Phoenix thread and see what the dev says, I don't think one of those speakers is a mic, that's the way it was on the iPhone, but the mic seems to be just a little hole. Pretty sure those are both speakers.
I don't know though, I'm no expert. When you flashed, did you wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, and system beforehand? If not you were bound to have problems anyway, try that and reflash, don't restore any of your apps and see if the problem persists, if it does we can go two ways from here. First would be to see if you got a bad download, re download the zip and put it on your SD card, and make sure not to use CWM to transfer files, and also make sure to NVFlash CWM as just flashing it through ROM Manager is not safe.
If all else fails, use a different ROM and report the problem to the developer.
I've done all these steps numerous times and still same problem. Also I looked it up, checked with my friends who have the same phone, and talked to T-Mobile service reps and they all say it the the left one is the mic and that they aren't supposed to play together. But I would ask on the devs thread but I don't have that permission yet because I haven't made 10 posts yet. I know its the Tom because I followed the instructions exactly, I even waited 10 mins before moving of like he says to do. Also I went back to weapon g2x and the problem was solved.

Funny, mine have always played together, and most of the complaints I see is that they don't.

Could you make a video of this?! That's actually kinda cool! Do you have any issues when using speakerphone?
I've used speaker phone maybe once. I'm on CM9 sk3. Using Power Amp I put my thumb over one speaker and that muffles the sound, move it over the other and the sound is muffled the same amount. If I were getting sound only from one at the most, and likely would get the opposite effect since the reverberance would be focused more, there would only be a slight difference when covering the non-functioning speaker.
Don't know what to say about a video, you won't see me covering the speakers, I have no webcam to record me.
Edit: also running Faux B4
