Hi, I flashed my tablet with CM7 (using the original dump with rkdump), it works well.
But on my tablet ( Sigmatek MID 702 ), I have no hardware volume buttons and next to the clock I lost both volume + and volume - icons.
Can you help me?
Of course I looked on google but no answer ...

Hello,
I have xperia x10 mini pro (the old one) and I recently installed android 2.3 - this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15292943 "SonyBread V8 (based on MiniCM7)" my phone says.
Now before I did that, my volume up/down buttons changed ringtone volume from nothing, trough vibrations only to vibration and some sound level.
Now I can't turn volume down to nothing. It just stops on Vibrations only and it seems like it lacks the total quiet state without vibrations.
I don't know, where are settings for that, if I can change it via setting, or app or widget or if it's somewhere deep in system but I personally hate it.
Ok, I managed to find that this isn't a bug, it's a feature of newer Android and it looks like it cannot be changed via app/widget but trough android framework... how uncool is that.
Hi, I wonder if I have to put those virtual keys (home , back , menu) on my phone with ICS Cyanogen mod 7
thanks
No, if you have a phone with the standard android buttons, the on-screen buttons will not show up.
Hello.
I've just installed Cyanogenmod 7 [NAND version] on my HTC HD mini (Photon) and everything seems nice, except one problem that doesn't basically let me use the phone. The front buttons (home, back, etc.) don't work. Meaning that I can't access anything basically. They light up and all, but are completely unresponsive when I press them. Other buttons (volume and power) work fine.
Is there any way to fix it? I really need help with this.
Button Savior in Google Play will display a floating software key panel on your screen and allow you to at least get by until you find the permanent fix. I have a Nook Color with CM7 and Button Savior is a must since the only key it has is the home button.
Good day, I have tablet GoClever Tab A103 and it's got multifunction buttons, holding volume down is homescreen and holding volume up is app menu. After update to android 4.0.4 are buttons inverted, holding volume down is volume down and 1 click is home Please how I can repair this?
BTW. Android 4.0.3 is function normally.
(Sorry for bad english, I'm Czech.)
Hey everybody, this is my first post on xda , so please don't flame me with " Wrong category " replies and stuff like that.
I own a Sansung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300T. Everything is fine with it, except for a stupid little volume up button. Before you jump to conclusions, the volume rocker is not the problem. What I've done is removed the volume rocker and used a pin to press the ACTUAL VOLUME TACTILE BUTTON. The volume down works perfectly, but no matter how much pressing, depressing, and holding, the volume up tactile won't do jack s***. Ive had to make do with just pressing down then using the on screen slider to turn it up. Frustrating.
I haven't modified the Android (4.3 Jelly Bean) or installed a custom kernel or anything like that, everything is OEM
Anyway I could fix this myself?
Thanks for your support,
Polarixis
EDIT: this post is now in the correct category...I think
