Semi Transparent Status bar for "Insertcoin 3.31, sense 3.5" this has a grey battery mod! (For my minimal theme)
To get rid of it and just have the changed status bar remove the "framework-res.apk from zip before install!
Use Clockwork mod to install!

but i get the top bar fully transparent nothing else and can't scroll down no more..
i'm on P3D rom anyway, i don't mind , reflashing now ..

When in rootexplorer click the top grey button that says R/O.
Should change read to write!

you can have stock battery just remove the framework-res.apk from zip before flash!

Its a UOT Kitchen mod! So it think you have to flash via clockwork mod!

Ok Chris, i just try to mod the file and now for me the bar is darker (see the screenshot before and after)
Try.....(unzip and copy the file attach with an advance file manager in \windows)
I wanted to remove the curtain of the notification bar is it possible?

Sorry Chris i can't create a CAB.........
For the original file, no problem for backup because it is a file system so if you delete the mod's file the original came back.

Ok i have 2 different status bar ......
this one is a hint of dark blue which i prefer....if you dont want so much blue.. but for some reason i cant take a snap shot of it but just imagine a little less blue from the screen shot at the bottom!!!

I have tried it but it seemed kinda laggy so had to go back to a stable smooth fast rom but ill give it a try later on but thanks man and good job looks awesome

Well after you flash it will take a bit to load please just give it time .. if not restart your phone...if you have anymore problems pm me...

Are you referring to the systemUI.apk? Won't that modify more than just the status bar?

if problems still occur you need to just flash the idlescreen.base.apk but i hear it work get with sacs...

I'm getting the same results.. i flashed last night and let sit til this morning and still no lock ring.. after that i installed b1.1.2 with a fresh start, fixed permissions did a nandroid and then tried to flash again and i let it sit for more then an hour with the same results...
Your lock ring flashed just fine (awesome job on that) but having a hell of a time trying to get your theme running...

In theory yes!
just extract the "framework-res.apk" and "Systemui.apk"
edit them and flash back to rom with cwm!
i have edited my png of the stock ics rom!
see pic!!
but cant edit xml which is needed for transparencies!
ive added my framework res.apk and systemui.apk
just in case someone feels like editing it

but I have a problem with them, I can easily install then and select them in viper tweaks but when I select then I have a problem.. the WIFI icon is directly connected to the Mobil signal icon... How can I make a little distance beetween this two icons? See attachment thanks for any reply.

Just a guess based on your screenshot, but it's the size of the WiFi png images in the statusbar apk. Try editing them so they're not quite so big. That might solve the issue. Just an idea.

Can edit that apk for you. or if you want i can change that wifi png file to other one, please attached apk file here which you want me to edit then will send you edited apk back.

elegancia coloured looks alot different,ive changed alot,just made a desireX coloured aswell,got 1 or 2 things to finish then it should be available soon
