Wifi won't connect to a 802.1x eap security locked connection..

I've searched and haven't found anything aside from a fix for the captive which didn't work.. Am running miui 2.3.7, my jobs wifi is secured with a 802.1x.. Please advise what to do..

[Q] AD-HOC WIFI problem

Hi guys, as a member of this beautiful community and proud owner of an HTC Explorer(Pico) i tested and tested and tested almost all the roms available for this phone and i only have one problem, it seems i can`t detect adhoc wifi networks with roms higher than GingerBread( tested all ICS,JB,CM9-10 versions).Replaced wpa_suplicant,tested different apk`s but no luck.
With GB (Jaggy`s rom,stock,ABL,Ateeq,NextGen) using wifiadhocenabler.apk i am able to connect to adhoc wifi.
P.S. : i aloso used Conectify but stil no luck .
Can you please tell me what could be the problem ?

I am using connectify right now and it works with cm9 miui Holo sandwich, but it has a pw. Did you try with pw?

Yeahh none........but you can get a workaround using Wireless tether for root........

Wifi Hotspot Fix for HTC Explorer

Greetings,
I have been using the SHTD Rom for HTC Explorer since quiet a long time and I'v always had this bug its just I never looked into it and ignored it. But now I really need it and have tried searching over the internet for the same but couldnt find any.
Need to fix the wifi hotspot on this rom as it wont start. Till now I have been using wifi on my laptop through bluetooth tethering.
Please help me fix this issue, If possible for a permanent fix through scripts, it would just make my day.

PS: SHTD Rom works on Android 4.1.2 Jellybean and kernel 3.0.16pandora.
