Everything involving apps and books seems to work fine on my DX running CM7 (nightly 6...or 8. I don't recall which...).
I haven't tried movies yet, but Ill get back to you when I confirm that works.

As it seems with the recent 'almost-CM' build for the O3D, there's a LG proprietary framework called Real3D you need to run 3D applications developed for that platform.
Obviously all the 3D apps from LG are developed over Real3D.
Like stock YouTube app but need to switch to another app as it doesn't have download option.
Here is the solution :
Try this edited YouTube app with download option. You can access it via 'more' option on right upward option on screen.

It downloads the video with right resolution for your phone.
NOTE :- I did not edit the app, just sharing.
AND after starting download you can't stop it.
It only works in Gingerbread and Ice cream sandwich.

I didn't delete the stock and it works fine. One says rolle in the icon. That's the modded apk

Force closing upon opening any photo. I'm on DonutHD Xperia S rom.
Not worth it, same as stock 2.3 gallery, just that the camera icon and scrollbar looks different. Thanks for the effort though.

I think it will work but you'll have four soft keys and not three like every SU760 couse this kernel is for P920.

No, it works only on ICS.
You must upgrade.
