Hi
This is a really wierd problem. Phone works fine all day. I plug it in at night and at some point during the night it loses signal and shows 'No Service'. The following day I have to reboot the phone to resolve it. I've reflashed the phone to no avail. I've tried the fix permissions thing. The only thing i havent done is wipe it. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

No idea if this would help at all, but maybe you should try flashing the radio for your provider again.

I followed the instructions from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=842802 and managed to put the custom ROM.
However, I cannot use Wireless anymore. It get connected but simply doesn't load anything.
I cannot use Internet pass-through anymore as well.
Everything else seems fine.
About info:
Android version: 2.2
Baseband: 12.28b.60.140eU_26.03.02.26_;
Kernel: 2.6.32-LeeDroid...

Could anyone advise me how to proceed now?
UPDATE:
In the meantime I did the recovery, went back to the original settings. Wi-Fi and Internet pass-through worked perfrectly.
I started the process again.
This time I falshed the Radio before I flashed the ROM and now I'm on:
Baseband: 12.28b.60.140fU_26.04.02.17_M2;
Wi-fi and Internet-pass worked fine with old ROM and new Radio.
I did the Kernel flash, but the problem with wireless remained.
Any ideas, please?
I'm quite desperate now. I like the ROM (e.g. camera works perfectly) but not having Wi-Fi...

It's odd, I've followed the same procedure and haven't had any problems.
When you're connected can you try looking in Settings > Wireless & Networks > Wifi Settings -
Click on your router and you'll confirm if you're connected, chanel, strength, speed, etc. Useful stats.
Click on Menu > Advanced
Here you can see your IP address confirm it's received an address from your router, plus you can change wifi performance, increasing more power (just to test)
Sorry can't think of anything else to check. Like me I'm sure there are lots of users with this ROM who've flashed the same radio, ROM and kernal, and it's working fine. Did you check the 'checksums' of the files you flashed to double check they're correct?
Try posting on Lee's pages in the Development forum, perhaps he can give you better advice.

Hi, I currently have this rom on my tattoo but some times I cannot send SMS or call to anyone because there is no connection with the carrier.
A little bit more explanation:
- When trying to send SMS I get a red triangle with an exclamation sign, and error code is 332.
- When trying to place a call there is no call tone.
- Only I can fix this by reboot, and its becoming annoying this happens every 3 days and only on my phone, no one else seems to have this issue (SO we can tell that the service provider has no issues).
Any Ideas on how to solve this?

HW: HTC Tattoo (Click)

i dont consider myself an expert but i have some knowledge about this.. i also had it once and had to reeboot it..
now this problem occurs due to
1. softwares
2. installing kernels which did not come with ur rom
TRY THIS
1. flash rom again (no need to wipe anything thistime, but to be on the safe side u can wipe data, cache, dalvik cache )
2. also make sure if ur rom is meant for ur device
3. do not install kernels after flashing rom! (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
4. if the problem persists then WAIT FOR AND UPDATED VERSION OF THE ROM

Hello all,
basically i've recently updates my Xperia x10 to 2.3.3 via pc companion and since then its comping up with continuous problem.
- the phone will restart quite frequently but sometimes it'll stay on for a while then when i interact with it, it'll then reboot.
Im using the Transparent ROM.
managed to get it to v3 using appman bit it seems to be restarting still.
It will come on properly for a few minutes but then frequently restarting

Well i have searched many forums for solution of this problem. eventually i came to know that problems with wifi can be different in for different mobiles even if they are of same model.My problem is that when i try to turn on WIFI it shows error. I went into the advanced settings for wifi and MAC address was missing in there. I tried *#*#526#*#* code because in some forums they have told that it fixed their problem but didnot work for me. Detailed information is below.

the problem started after i got my phone rooted by one of my friend in order to unlock it.At first i was really happy because when i inserted the sim it recognized it i gave a call to my friend also.But soon one of my friend informed me that when ever he calls me the number is busy toned.I tried it then the problem was that the mobile wont ring and disconnect the phone on the first ring itself.then it was like if there was only problems with it.The home button was also not working. The icon for play store was also missing.And the main problem of all was that wifi wont turn on.
I took it to my friend he fixed every thing else i.e home button ,call problem, and now i can go into play store also.which reminds me that data network and blue tooth are working fine.do any body have a solution that might fix the problem. I have no idea what package did my friend use to rooted the device.
Android Device with out wifi is not that interesting to use

Flash cf-root. worked for me.
Flash in odin .put cf-root file in PDA. Now put ur phone in downloading mode and flash it.

The one I have now works, but it is very slow (I only have about 60 mb RAM left, I have to keep killing processes, but they come right back).

I have been lurking around the forums in search for other ROMs, and I tried some of them, but most got me to the same problem.
I tried CyanogenMod and a couple of other ROMs and this is what happens:
Using CyanogenMod I get a connection to the provider but it goes out randomly and, although it still shows me I got a signal, I am unable to make or receive calls.
With other ROMs, the problem persists, I am unable to connect to my mobile network, this time being represented just by the crossed signal bars.
I have just tried ThiaiZO3DV2.7,1GB, which lead to no connection.
Also, I tried JellyBam, but I am unable to complete even the first configuration (After completing it, the phone asks for a reboot - if I manage to get that far) and then keeps restarting every time it boots.
I've read around that this might be a baseband problem, I downloaded GetRil on all the softwares I tried. I allow it to have superuser privileges, I download and install the recommended baseband, reboot, still no network connection.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Later Edit: The ROM I am using now is a custom one, but I can't seem to remember where I got it. When I first bought the phone, it had Android 3.1.3
Also, I haven't got the slightest idea what's with Kernels ( I know what a kernel is, as a base idea, but nothing in detail )
I have a lot of things to learn about Android, and I figured this would be the best place to seek guidance.
