[Resolved] Help with motorola backflip android os 1.2

Yes I have a problem with my backflip any other android apparantly doesn't have this problem but idk were to turn so I turn to u my friends I can't download and use any apps off the internet only apps from the market ther are no settings to change this(like androidphones have this feature to allow untrusted apps to be downloaded and installed)so I seriously need help my htc topaz got jacked while I was at work so I got ths mb300 frm pawnshop brand new just no usb cable(dnt worry got one off ebay b here n a few days) and I dnt no if I want to root it just to get wifi tether so please help me

I think you have to root your phone if you want apps to be downloaded from the internet.

There is NO option to install applications from untrusted sources. This means anything on your SD card, downloaded from the web or over your wifi at home WILL NOT WORK. Naturally, you also cannot use the "su" command in terminal.
Therefore, you need to use ADB push in order to get anything done.

Once you have all that figured out, you can ROOT using [APP] z4root.

Internet Acces using Portable Hotspot

Hi guys, I was using my Sensation as a Hotspot to use my laptop and my PS3 at the net, but from yesterday I can't anymore. At this moment I installed Elegancia Rom but I already tried with P3D and Miui and is the same story.

How do I get wifi hotspots to work on my galaxy attain r920?

I use to get it to work without problems but now when I use any app that tethers my laptop connects but when I open up my browser it doesn't load up and I get the error page ur not connected how can I fix this it use to work and I'm not rooted but these apps use to work for non rooted devices I used easy tether lite and pro clockwork mod tether the launcher pro to get to ur 4g mobile hotspot please help

How to do internet pass through in berserk rom and CM10 jellybean rom?

Hey guys i really want to know how to connect to the net using my pc`s broadband to my mobile.
I always use internet pass through which is by default available in ordroid,elegancia and viper rom.
But i want to try the new jelly bean rom but all that is stopping me is this internet pass through using usb.

Wait for at least 2 weeks.

When I try to connect windows gives me a pop up saying found new hardware and doesn't know were to look for drivers.. I do have htc syc and everything is up to date.. I'm running CM10 latest build and love it but a my work I don't have any cell reception so used to always hook up my phone through my laptop... any idea were I can find the proper diveres or if anyone has run into this?

Has anyone gotten it to work?

Wps pin s3

Hello i have s3 (android 4.2.2 and running android revolution hd rom - nice rom though) ...
I already know how to connect via wps push button or by entering s3 's wps pin into router...
But I want to use this method:
Enter router wps's pin into s3?
How?
I want a quick answer please cz I need to in a short period of time!
