bought a tmobile samsung galaxy s 4g from craigslist..handset code locked..volume down and power isnt working to get to reset screen... any suggestions?

when i last rebooted to install clockwork recery again it stuck at the screen with the computer and phone with a ! in the middle. I tried holding all 3 to power off and then power and vol up or vol down and still goes to same spot. What can i do?

i use SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse to root this device and success also to enter recovery menu push power till the samsung code came out and vol up untill get in on recovery...hope this can help ya...

When I used SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse to root my phone it showed no device connected after some time. Actually, Samsung Kies does not recognizes my device. Can you elaborate your process?

Volume Up + Power button only
Volume UP + power button. thats it. no home button.

Today, I have tried to Install CM11 4.4 version on my Samsung GT-I8552. I have rooted by device using Kingo Soft tool and tried Volume Up + Home + Power option a multiple times. After a numerous attempts this option does not work. All I get is a small Triangular shape yellow warning sign and the phone won't even start up. I have to remove the battery and turn on the phone again. I tried the ODIN version of recovery option using Volume Down + Home + Power option as well. It worked but I still can't go to factory reset (Volume Up + Home + Power) screen.
Kindly address my issue at the earliest since my phone is stuck no where. :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

My tab is soft-bricked (stuck at logo).
I can get into download mode by pressing power + vol up.
It shows the menu with 6 choices; however, I can get to wipe data/factory reset option since my vol down button is broken.
What can I do to fix my tab? Please help me
Hi guys, I have my sisters Galaxy Tab 2 here (GT-P3110), she can't remember the google account info she used so she's completely locked out of it. I've tried holding Vol Up + Power button it doesn't do anything, I've also tried putting it into download mode by holding Vol Down + Power button and still does nothing, it just boots like normal. Can't flash via Kies as connection is locked (due to device being stuck on lock screen).
Anybody shed any light as to how to hard reset this when I can't get into download or the android recovery mode?
