[Q] rsync via Android ssh-server without root?

There are some ssh-servers for android, but I haven't found one, which includes a rsync-binary. Since the phone isn't rooted at the moment, I cannot copy a rsync-binary in the path of the ssh-server, what I normally do with a rooted phone. Any ideas how to use rsync with a linux-pc and an Android device without root?
Do you sync "Servers Ultimate (Pro)" could do the job? It looks a little bit "overkill" for me.

[Q] Root Exploit Suggestions

Okay, time for some reverse engineering. So you know how on Android you use a root exploit to gain 'administrator' (or SU) access to the phone?
Why hasn't anybody tried this with Windows or Mac? I would assume that it would work for Mac because it's a UNIX environment.
But seriously? Why hasn't anybody tried the same approach to get Windows authority from within the environment?
