Can anyone confirm if the above combo works. Bury website doesn't mention the Desire, but I have heard it does work ok.
Mainly ok for me. A2DP is dodgy though. I need to update Bury to latest firmware to check fully

So I used the inspired-dhd-afr003, but I'm having the issue many others are complaining about... the sound on the earpiece and speakerphone are quite digitized sounding.
Seems like it should be possible to apply the original AT&T one, because it was crystal clear, but I'm wondering if anyone's come up with a resolution for the issue yet.
Thanks as always!
only way for 100% sound is the rooted stock rom in the same thread as v003.
What he said^^^ Jasons fix is pretty darn good though.

What's Jason's fix? Also, if I install the rooted at&t Rom will my HSUPA go back to restricted?

Possibly - However editing the build.prop file via root explorer should allow you to get it back, see this thread:

I'm using the firmware from Mike's thread, and the Revolution HD ROM. When I plug any headphones in (HTC, iCrap, even genuine Beats) they are not detected at all. Could anyone please let me know what you think may be causing this? Thank you!

try taking the entire battery cover off and see if it works. it could be a bad ground/scratch on the cover.

Hi there.
Been jumping around different custom ROMS - and I now think I'll stick with the ARHD
But, my bluetooth headset can't find my sensation I've tried the Bluetooth fix from market, but no luck!
Any clues?
there might be other apps out there to fix the issue, not sure if its something that happens with Android Revolution or not? Could be? I've never tried Android Revolution myself so I can't really say but sometimes there are some " bugs" this might be causing the problem? Wish I could be of more help.

Hey all... I'm going on vacation this weekend and wanted to bring my Captivate with me to use as a media player attached to my car's video system. I haven't used this phone for a few months now (upgraded to a new phone), so I'm wondering which of the newer Roms have the video out (or is it called TV out?) feature working? Would anyone recommend one over another? Phone features are unimportant, as the only thing I'll be using it for are video and maybe music. Rather than flashing a bunch of Roms, I thought I'd ask the forum to see if anyone has used this feature lately and can confirm that it works on "Rom _____"
Thanks in advance!

Just got this accessory from HTC and it doesn't work on stock rom but works flawlessly on CM10. For those that don't know what this is, its a Bluetooth dongle that transmit your music wirelessly to your factory radio in your vehicle.
I followed the instructions to the T. Can't get it to work on stock and Axiom rom. The crazy thing is A2DP works with my bluetooth ear piece and transmit music fine just not the dongle. So i narrowed it down to something to do with a sound file on stock/Sense that is missing or not working properly.
Does anyone else have this accessory and problem?

Decided to try again today with different methods in connecting my phone to the dongle. Still no go. Below i have attached a logcat rather long, but that how it is haha. So if anyone would like to look at it and try and help, it would be highly appreciated.

Nope. I can't get this clip to work with my stock One S. I swear it has something to do with Sense. Just tried my Acer tablet and it works fine. So far anything stock aosp will work.

I bought the HTC Stereo Clip off ebay and it works for me. I specifically bought it for the aptx feature. The retail packaging was a bit beat up but the actual stereo clip was mint. I'm on stock tmo rom. I did not root and flash a custom rom since I do not know if there is something only found in the stock rom that enables the aptx feature. But then again there's no way to tell if the aptx is actually working but it sounds great.
I didn't get the StereoClip, but I got the Samsung HS3000 dongle which also supports aptX (and is about half the price). I did notice that the higher quality aptX codec didn't seem to work in non-Sense roms, and only seemed to work in Sense (running Virtuous Ville+ here).
Without aptX there's some definite high frequency filtering and dynamics compression going on. With aptX it's like I've got an audio cable plugged right into the headphone jack, it's fantastic.
This is the feature that's keeping me on Sense. As soon as AOSP/AOKP's got it I'll switch back, but for now I'm quite happy with this.
