I am sorry, but I think that you are on shaky ground here. You are expecting exclusivity for a clock you do not own. Ultimately, the only people who can claim ultimate ownership of this image (and name!) is Breitling!
The clock/watch image in question is easily found by a quick Google search. Minor colour modifications are difficult to argue as one's own idea.
There are several 'clock makers' on XDA who have made Breitling clocks, and yes, some are based on the same image. It's simply the luck of the game.
You are also making a pretty big assumption that everyone on XDA know your ROM, AND have installed it. I actually tried to find reference or an image of this clock in your thread. A quick search an I am still yet to find it!
To be honest, this user could easily have been completely oblivious to you, your ROM, and your so called clock!
There are literally THOUSANDS of clocks on XDA, most in clock threads, but not all. You are implying that the OP has deliberately gone out, searched for your clock and copied it (although it's hard to copy an image that can't be found short of installing the ROM!).
Frankly, it could just as easily have been me! I search for images on Google and create my clocks from images I find. I make an effort to keep up to date with other clock makers to ensure I am not doubling up (no point reacreating the wheel); however, I can honestly say I do not, nor will I start, searching every conceivable thread on the off chance some one else MAY have used the same base image.
You are asking for credit for a clock YOU YOURSELF COPIED IN THE FIRST PLACE. This clock belongs to no one but Breitling and as much as we all would like to claim exclusive rights over an image and the multitude of possible colour variations, it's just not possible. That's life. Build a bridge and get over it.
Unless you have solid, irrefutable evidence then please, try and be civil and refrain from making accusations in public. If you have serious concerns then approach the OP like an adult; in private! If you can not resolve the issue like grown ups, and between yourselves, then as a moderator for assistance.

Cannot agree more, to be honest.
There is no such thing as an "exclusive" watch design for electronic copies as we make them.
The original was and is made by Breitling, the version from this thread is different and imho
even better than HD2O´s version.
Also, to claim that there are "similarities" is logical, as both seem to have used one and the
same model to port it into digital format.
There are so many clock threads and "makers" here (thanks to the really great mod by cookiemonster)
that it is easy to lose the overlook. If somebody would copy the very work of cookiemonster,
now that is something which would be indeed rude and not gentleman-like at all if anybody would do the same.
Oh, and btw, I actually asked permission from the watch maker which I am "copying" to make
my own mods here. The more people make something like this, the more "free advertising"
the real watch receives. Isn´t that nice?
the thing i am most angry about are the pointers.
i worked long time on the pointers to exactly look like the original ones (size/position/scale/color).
it's not about creating the same clock but STEALING MY GRAPHICAL WORK!

you're right. claiming exclusivity is a no-go...
if he would have created it on his own from 0 i wouldnt even have posted in this thread...
but i saw it really fast that he was using my files as base because I WORKED 3+ HOURS ON THIS CLOCK.
he took my files and edited them (my souce files are uncompressed but he dumped the cfc compressed ones from my rom).
if he re-creates this clock from scratch himself... it's ok for me.
i asked the moderator "flar" to remove it since he doesn't want to give a statement here.

Seems to have been hundreds of different clocks on here in the last week or so for the excellent Cookies Home Tab v.1.7
Quite a few people doing the "designer" style (Tag, Rolex, Breitling etc) faces but nobody seems to have
done one inside the case so it still looks like a watch so I thought I'd have a go.........

The screenshots lose a little quality when uploaded which is why the one above looks a bit fuzzy.
All of the pics below are of the actual graphics used and are how the clocks will look on your phone.
As you can see my clocks include hands to match included in the cab file, for full installation instructions, compatibility etc. see the bottom of this post.

The problem with trying to copy the designer style watches is that it's difficult to find a decent
enough quality image to use as they are usually photographed at an angle or with uneven lighting.
So I've done a generic divers style watch, it's not meant to look like a copy of any designer watch, but it's a nice high quality
image and I've made some chunky plain white hands to go with it so it's nice and clear to read too.
Those four variations are attached below, but if anyone has any requests for their own logo or wording on the dial
then just let me know what you'd like on it and I'll do my best to make one for you.

Requests + Modifcations
I will make Clocks/Watches to order. If you want me to try a particular watch, I'll need a good
"straight-on" image with even lighting and a decent size and resolution.
Because of the difficulties in finding suitable images, I can apply any logo, symbol or text to the following couple of watches.
Add Football Team emblems, Car Badges, Brand Names etc etc.
The silver one is also available as just the dial (see above) and with the plain white hands as above.
In fact you can mix and match any of the hands you see on here, I'll make them fit.
Any other ideas or concepts you may have for a clock, let me know, I'll give it a go!

Compatibility
All of my clocks are tested on my own phone before posting on here. My HD2 is running Stock 1.66 ROM/Manila 2.5.1921, but these
cabs will work on any device which currently has the analogue clocks from Cookies CHT 1.7 working, as they just replace the files from there.
To Use These Cabs
Download the .cab for the clock you want to your PC
Copy the .cab file to your device (Storage Card)
On your device click the cab file which will then take you through the installation process.
Soft reset (turn off/on) and you have your new clock!!
Easy as that!!
In the unlikely event of any problems with the clocks, they are all uninstallable,
but in the last week I've had over 800 downloads of all the cabs and not one problem.

Due to the totally underwhelming response to my previous digital clock releases, these semi-transparent mini-themes (or more precisely, the solo clocks to go with them (which will be a separate thread) will be my last...
When you take the trouble to create over twenty clock cabs and receive 0 (yes, zero!) replies or comments, it is pretty de-motivating I can tell you...
The attached cabs will create semi-transparent 'glass' mini-themes on your homepage. The transparency is around 50%.
I call them 'mini-themes' as they only change the clock digits (no background) and the background 'furniture' for location, weather, calendar etc. and the date/time background you see when you scroll down.
Anyway, check out the screenshots and make up your own minds what to call them.
You can install each clock as usual using the cab files attached in the next posts. Uninstalling is done, as usual, via Settings/Remove Programs. If anything in the previous two sentences doesn't make sense to you, you probably should not install these cabs...!
The 'mini-themes' work on Manila 2.5.1920 because that is what I have on my HD2. I think they should also work on 1921 (but I cannot guarantee it) and I haven't got a clue about other versions.
The original wallpapers are not mine. But they are available on this forum from the usual suspects. I cannot remember who posted which wallpaper, so credit goes to all of them...
Glass icons, slider etc. are from Dinik (with some minor 'tweaks' from me).
Enjoy... (or not, as you please...)

Thanks for the feedback.
To get this look of 'full transparency', you need something called HDWall (there are references to it all over the place, so it should be easy to find). Note: You will also need something called 'Cookie's HQWallpaperPatch'. There are different versions for different versions of Manilla. Once you've found HDWall, you should also find a link to the patches...

Actually, I made these clocks and 'mini-themes' originally for myself. I just posted them on this forum for others to use, if they like them.
I don't mind if people don't want to use my clocks. It just would have been nice to get a bit more feedback (even the not so positive kind...).
Maybe I'll try something new later once I've 'upgraded' my ROM (and maybe installed CHT...)

It's in the works. I showed the psd to a well known xda dev a few days ago and he has been working on it ever since. If it wasnt for this thread, i would not have seen the psd and therefore could not have shown it to the Dev and the Dev could not have created it. So good work and thanks to whoever originally posted this bad boy.
P.S. Try to keep this project on the down low. And please dont ask who the developer is.

The usual.. Let me first explain that I'm a graphic designer and I've been in the android community only a few months. I develop phone renders, concepts and UI. I don't have any serious coding background. I've had 3 different ROM developers look at my interfaces and 2 have committed to making them a reality. Blackdroid (Ultimate Droid) got the closest, infact had a working version of my deep blue theme (one on the left).. until I found out who and what he was doing in this community and we parted ways. Then jeffhbo showed MagnusRagnarok and he committed to doing THIS theme. He and I had a good talk about it and he said he'd begin working on it. We havent talked since (a few weeks). So to be honest, I'm not sure if this theme will ever be a reality. I'm hoping someone will step up who knows what their doing and build this theme into a ROM or a Launcher. I talked to Cyanogen. They said no thanks, too busy. I talked to Anderweb of ADW Launcher and Fede of LauncherPro, both sounded semi-interested but neither have gotten back to me.
Make no mistake, I WILL develop themes for those who wish to actually implement them into an android system of some kind. I just havent found anyone whose willing to actually commit. I don't have any serious coding background. I've had 3 different ROM developers look at my interfaces and 2 have committed to making them a reality. So to be honest, I'm not sure if this theme will ever be a reality. I'm hoping someone will step up who knows what their doing and build this theme into a ROM or a Launcher. I talked to Cyanogen. They said no thanks, too busy. I talked to Anderweb of ADW Launcher and Fede of LauncherPro, both sounded semi-interested but neither have gotten back to me.
Make no mistake, I WILL develop themes for those who wish to actually implement them into an android system of some kind. I just havent found anyone whose willing to actually commit. I just dl'd your .psd, I thought this was going to contain the images/layers to apply a theme but it's just the images/layers that make up this image:
Based on what I had read I thought the .psd was finished and you were looking for help implementing it..
Are you wanting someone to help build the .psd?
Have I dl'd the wrong .psd?

Well, the .PSD is just that. I have yet to put the actual image components together because well, no ones explained to me what pieces that they need and in which manner they fit. I'm more than willing to merge the image and cut the pieces necessary or if someone is photoshop savvy enough they can do what they need to do as long as they let me know what they have planned (via msg) before they get started.

ahh, so you designed that homescreen and want to build a .psd based on it. Hmm, no small task
The ubiquitous question.. do you have experience with draw9patch or .9.png's? They have been the biggest headache for me in the past.
I know you said you are new to Android, I don't know if any other platforms use .9's
I've read that you can draw the .9 guides in ps but I've never gotten it to work, I always have to use the draw9patch then export them from eclipse which is a p.i.t.a.

No, I designed that homescreen concept in Photoshop so I'm not sure what you mean.

I have no experience with it, but I'll look into it. I just proficient in Photoshop so if theirs a guide to .9 images, I can do it, np in photoshop. I did find this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=580351

I misunderstood what I saw when I opened your .psd
I thought you had designed that homescreen concept as a single image but now I see that everything on that homescreen is in its own layer.
What it seems I was correct about though is that homescreen concept is the extent of the .psd so far?
If so then that's where the hundreds upon hundreds of additional layers will come in when the other screens are themed to match the homescreen.

Yeah, thats what I couldn't get to work for me. I always had to do it the hard way to get it to work
I do not pretend to take credit for the artwork. I have compiled this from various sources. Most of it comes from Poyensa and Saugbaer. They were kind enough to allow me to share this with everyone. I have placed it in a zip chts folder. The folder needs to unziped and placed inside your scheduler folder on your sd card. Take the time to thank Poy and Saug for the awsome work they have done.
The weather manilla files can be found here. Please thank poyensa for these. Also I think inside the thread there is a second version. Havent tried them yet but it is there.

Will be working on a V2 for this. I found a crap load of silver icons so that I can make the state indicators match the theme a little better. I also found some media player things to make that match more. Gonna work on that next week. Working all week this week. Ughhh.

That can be done.
If you want the silver weather in only one layout then get those weather files and dump them in the windows folder when using the right layout.
Save that layout.
Switch to your next layout.
Dump the weather files you want for that layout.
Save that one.
Then when you switch between the two you should have different weather animations.
That should work but only if the weather files are included in the files that are saved into a layout. Im not sure if they are or not because I dont ever change them.
If it doesnt work then it would be worth suggesting it in the CHTS thread, Im sure MD would make it possible in a future version.

Do you have Cookies HOme Tab? Cookies Home tab Scheduler? If you do read the first post. If you don't get them at the windows mobile application forum on this site. Then read the first post. Any other questions?

Added the link for the weather in the first post. I was not away CHTS would not do that for us. OH well I cant really complain about it. CHTS is simply amazing and without it I would not have five different themes on my phone that I can switch around at will.

then I mentioned... what's saveable is also switchable, schedulable and shareable... ok... and there was then CHTS And only switching Layouts wasn't enough, why not also make also then - Sense/Data/Wallpapers/ and so on - switch with them, too...
And yes - I will add something which will make a Layout also with very different user settings good switchable, that not much or at best no manual rework is needed. Conantroutman helps for it, that I won't oversee something. I intend to do this with an "overlay" for Layouts, which can be shared together with a Layout. It shall be simple to be saved - I'm about to do the conceptional work for it atm - just mention the name of this option "prepare4share"

Hi all, I've been making and sharing analog clock skins for a thread I started in the tp2 forum section. Recently watching the NFL draft has put me back into my "can't wait for football" mood. Yea bro no problem. Here's the evo clock 4 contents(face,hands, center dot). I was thinking about sharing all the clock faces(png's) to be used with CHT Tweaks..what do ya think? Maybe start a cht tweaks skins thread??

Do you think you'd be able to work your magic on the clock hands(hour,min,sec) and center dot manila files so that we can easily switch those with png's? Or can you lead me in the right direction on how you do it?

Thanks bro!! It's funny you mentioned and ezzie and the ferret clocks in the same post cause I actually made them for her Now that i know you too have ferrets at home, I'll try making you guys a few more "ferret themed" things!

Thanks Nando. Yeah I have hat lots of different animals. Wolf hybrid,american alligators,tarantulas,snakes,lizards.Even more but this isn't an animal forum so I will stop. Anyway long story short, ferrets are brick **** houses and arent afraid of anything. Actually really good pets.

I did get the wallpapers, thank you so much! I think the blueish one is my favorite. I'm also playing with gimp trying to make a climbing ferret icon to use with it as well, I'm no master but it is kinda fun to see the mess I make of it!
