Autostart PHONE and BlueTooth - General Questions and Answers

In the old days... when the battery died, the PHONE died.
I find it bothersome that WM 6.1 will turn off the PHONE functionality and not restart it when the phone reboots or the battery is charged. This is very bothersome. I often do not remember to turn the PHONE back on when the device is recharged after low battery state.
Does anybody know how to keep the device from shutting the phone OFF in the first place (and autostarting it when the phone boots)? I would rather it die like a regular phone.
The second request is similar... How can I keep the phone from shutting off Bluetooth (and starting it when the phone boots)?

[please help] Problem with my Touch Pro 2

Edit (2)--
Seems like the problem is fixed. The battery is charging. Phone working like normal. Seems good so far.
Edit--
Ok, seems like I'm pretty good. Seems like it's a battery problem. The only problem right now is that my battery isn't holding charge. Luckily, my brother has the same phone. So, I'll use his battery, put the t-mobile rom back on my phone, request a new battery or phone and wait till Jan 6.
I have the touch pro2.
I have no idea what's wrong with my phone. But it's not working.
I keep on trying to turn it on, and it only turns on sometimes, and when it does, it lasts for a few seconds, then it shuts off. It's been on the charger since last night, I tried turning it on with the charger and without (And I see the orange light when the charger is plugged in)
Sometimes when I open it, it turns on, but still turns off when I shut it.
I have flashed my phone with Enegergy rom. Is there anyway that I can put the t-mobile rom back in my phone so that I can send it back? Help PLEASE!
If I can just get the original t-mobile stock rom back on the phone, I'm pretty sure I can send it back with no problem.
Things I notice so far;
- When I unplug my power cord, I get the battery critically low. (Hopefully, that's the problem).
Problems
-When I try to plug my phone into the computer. I'm not getting any activesync options
I just hard reset the phone, To see if it'll reconize the activesync now
so I can put the t-mobile rom on it.

[Q] Battery Refresh/Shutdown

Hi all,
i've got a normal nexus s, not rooted or anything, its running 2.3.2 as i haven't had the OTA yet. However strange things have started happening this week with regards to my battery.
I can no longer shutdown the phone whilst its plugged in, it goes through the motions, vibrates and then just hangs on the dimmed screen with shutdown on it. when i unplug the cable, it switches off. However, when i then plug the cable in, it starts up the phone, instead of just charging when switched off with that white battery meter.
It has also stopped recognising that it has been plugged in on the battery use info screen, so it is saying that i have been on battery power for almost 6 days now.
Its not a dealbreaker for me, but i haven't tinkered with anything, and its just plain annoying. I'm starting to think its just shizzle samsung hardware. Anyone any ideas? Or same thing happened? Cheers.

Have Your Cell Phone Ever Automatically Shut Down?

Have you sometimes meet the problem: your cell phone turns off automatically and you totally have no idea why it happens? Maybe the following text can give you the answers.
1. Your set your phones to be shut off sometime before, but you foeget what you shave done. What a bad memory you have, guy!
2. The power of your cell phone battery runs out so that it is automatically power off. You’s better charge it immediately at that moment. Please remember to charge your phone when its power runs low.
3. There is something wrong with the softwares of your phone. Maybe the software newly installed is incompatible with the system of cell phone, so that your phone complains to you in this way.
4. Your cell phone is infected with a virus which can shut down your phone. In this situation, you have to search for a doctor for your phone.
5. There is a hardware failure of your cell phone. The broken power amplifier may lead to auto shutdown. The overheat CPU is another common reason.
6. The components of your cell phone get loose. For example, when the cell phone battery is not connected with the phone closely, the phone can not get power from the battery so that it is turned off.
7. There are some problems with your cell phone battery. If the protective circuit of the battery is too sensitive, the cell phone will be shut off when the current becomes larger. The battery which is too old to work can not offer power. That the battery sheetmetal is dusty or rusty, which leads to poor contact, can also result in auto shutdown.
this is helpful. thanks.
And if I may supplement one point, it's that when you find your phone automatically shuts down and the battery or the back of your phone feels really hot. Don't try to turn your phone on. Pull off the case and get off the battery until it's back into normal temperature. If it happens a lot, better go to an expert to check it out.
I've read news that some badly designed batteries exploded out of high temperature and thus hurt people.
Ok.
Let Me Guess
Just A Thread To Say Why Its Powered Off??

Phone unusable, constantly restarts, problems with charging.

Hi all, I've had my HTC chacha for a year and a half. Fot the first year it worked smoothly but last six months turned into a nightmare. It started with problems with charging which today also exist. The phone doesn't charge even if it has been charging in excess of 10-12 hours overnight. Instead the percentage is decreasing until it reaches 0% percent to turn off. I overcame this problem by taking out battery and placing it back. After turning on phone again, it signalized fully charged.
What makes phone unusable is that the it constantly automatically restart itself. Usually it restarts when using applications like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Viber or when I'm viewing a website on Opera. At first I thought it has something to do with internet but now it also restarts typing regular text messages or using camera.Tthe screen suddenly switches off and it restarts. When the phone comes back on, the battery indicator is down to 0% but after a few minutes goes back to the normal level it was (i.e. 65%).
The most interesting thing is that, while plugged for charging, I can use all this apps without restarting.
As i know that there is no isolated problem for one costumer, i suppose there is someone else who faced this proble. Also, I hope there is someone who can help me with it, I'm really frustrated not being able to use the phone regularly.
The phone is on its regular OS, never rooted. Did 2 factory resetes, didnt help.

How do I recharge the M8 for Windows?

I am trying to simply recharge my HTC One M8 for Windows and for the life of me no combination of power and volume keys works. Currently, I'm stuck in "cog reboot hell"...it's those two little spinning cogs like when your phone updates; the phone reboots and we're back to the spinning cogs. Maybe it's me, but this just seems like the most ridiculous problem to have; the phone dies, plug the phone into the wall and that's it, but noooooooo; it can't be that simple. I had this problem recently and followed the instructions, I also removed my SD card, and got the darn thing started; today, not even it worked. I've read the instructions from Verizon to XDA, what am I missing here? You can't plug the phone into the wall and it stay off long enough to charge? It has to restart and be "on" to charge? Thanks!
Recover your phone - obviously it´s stuck. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/mobile/support/faq/?action=singleTopic&topic=FA142987
Thanks, I did that but it took a "wall" charger to restart the device to the point I could turn the display off and charge it the rest of the way. If I allow the phone to die it's the only way to get it back. It remains a ridiculous problem to have and I fail to understand why the device cannot be charged from being off outright. My M7 had this same issue but to a lesser degree; the battery has excellent life, you simply can't allow it to die outright.
