Are you at your Tri-Color Screen? If so...tell me what the screen says...also what device do you have a Tilt or a TyTN II
well when i was trying to flash the rom it not recognized it, then i disconected it and then enter in bootloader, and when it was flashing just stucked at 7% and said "ERROR 112 :CE Rom Update Error"
and now i cant flash anything, just stucks at the same 7%
its a Universal i know that it isnt a forum for that device but in the universal one just nobody answers =( and i guess that some people here has 1 uni too

What does your TRI-COLOR Screen say?
it says just usb and v1.0
it tries to flash and then stucks at 7%

Can anyone help me please?? =(... i get an error 112, the rom just dont flash, it gets a 7% then the error appears, its an HTC Universal. i tried some things and even no results, theres a way to flash from SD? or it will be the same?? or maybe it got locked or something? or i just bricked it?? it enters to bootloader and it starts to flash and stuck on 7% TT-TT

i searched on google, and i found that a some peolpe had this problem too, but, the same as me, nobody answers. its time to throw away my universal?
Not to sound mean, but you could try spamming the Universal forums instead of the Kaiser forums. I know there are a lot of people on the Kaiser forums, but we're Kaiser users. Odds are you'll get better information in the correct forums because the people there have the same hardware...just a thought.

I have a Universal, and here are some ideas and questions:
1. Give the exact name of the ROM you are trying to use. Do not put "the original one," or "Fred's rom." Put the EXACT NAME of the ROM that you are upgrading to, and a link to it.
2. Stop. Take a breath. Throwing away your Universal will not solve the problem.
3. Give exact step by step description of what happened. Start from, "I was using my Universal with XXXXXXX ROM and the world was fine, and then I downloaded the ROM given in item #1 above. I then did (whatever you did). Continue on. End with "I am now stuch at 7%"
4. I noticed that you are from Mexico. I am from the USA, so some colloquilisms may not translate well. (Plus my Spanish is horrible). Let's just stick to the facts.
To be quite honest, your posts are not helpful, and they sound like a drowning man clutching an anvil (see last Sunday's Dilbert...). It would be more helpful if you could be more forthright and specific as to the issue, and give those wanting to help you as much detail as possible.

sir, you should post in hyperdragons thread, have you installed hard spl, also see the "stickies" these are the first several threads, see FAQ, it will tell you what to do when you flash and what to do it you are having a hard time, try using the search and enter your error code, good luck, i hope you dont run out of flame retardent,

That was kind of rude of you to say, especially when you yourself told him to name it something that it shouldn't be named. It's DREAMIMG.nbh Next time don't be so mean and make sure your own stuff is correct before you make a comment like that...
NO you are an idiot too then, it should NOT be DREAMIMG.nbh if you put the M at the end of the "DREA" then you will not be able to flash it to your phone numbnuts, why don't u go learn how to read. go to the rooting and hacking you phone thread. i have gone through that thread so many times the instructions are embedded in my mind. i can do the entire process with my eyes shut, i have an app and a script that both do it for you without any help. i have rooted 30 phones, i think i know what i am doing. why don't you learn to read and follow directions

I have tried one of the software posted here.. Kaiserunlocker... which is processed in 123 steps accordingly...
I had done step 1 the phone is ok
in step 2 the phone goes dark with verious colours grany screen
I dont understand how to revive from this problem.. please give some Idea..

Can you soft reset? Can you hard reset? You need to read a lot more that what you have read. This site ( Kaiser ) has the best help thread on XDA... Olipof has one in all unlocker that you should have used.
I just tried that tool a few days ago,had the same problem while flashing the kaiser of a friend...
to get it to work I did the following:
I manually installed the 3.29Hard2 SPL from cmonex using jump spl,
then used the tool you use for the sim unlock.
I think that the problem is that that tool doesn't connect via usb when it reaches the bootloader.

You need to read son, read like you have never read before. Then when you think you understand it your almost there. I have been reading for years and have yet to make my first rom guess it really comes down to time. Well the answers are there and yes you sometimes have to dig. But there is this handy search button at the top of the page third from the right if my memory is clear. And it now uses the google search engine to search this forum a function not here years ago. So your tools are there use them wisely young grass hopper and try not to post until you have read for some days. And please dont open another thread if you have a question such as how do i jump spl you should find the appropriate thread to post in.

tl;dr: It is possible to flash the 1.30 firmware when 1.53 resp. 2.55 was running before bootloop?
Long version:
I need to re-flash the HTC firmware after bootlooping my phone (by deleting a system app from LeeDrOiD ROM).
My phone stats (via getvar):
IMEDUGL
HTC__034
2Q5510000
running 1.53.401.5
Custom ROM was LeeDrOiD
Both on HTC and in the Google spreadsheet linked by 5m4r7ph0n36uru, I only found RUU 1.30.401.2 which I intend to flash via SD card. Bootloader and TWRP still run, LeeDrOiD doesn't. As TWRP said "unable to mount /(file name)" when I tried to backup, I have no backup. (Yes, I _know_ better, yes, I did cut that special corner, yes, I did beat myself up already.)
I'm a bit intimidated by 5m4r7ph0n36uru's "[IME/EXO][GUIDES/COLLECTION] HTC U12+/Exodus 1 – Factory Image/Firmware/Boot/OTA". No, I'm not a programmer. For me, modding my phones was just for fun some 12 years ago. Now, it has become a kind of self-defense against the all-encompassing data collection mania of both Google and phone manufacturers. So no, I don't always fully understand what I'm doing, but yes, I did search and read lots. And now, I'm at my wit's end and need help.

In bootloader, the U12+ says OS 2.55.401.1, with getvar I got version-main 1.53.401.5.
What do I do now?

Very good!! This Is the latest ruu Oreo before pie, probably worked because matched the patched firmware version used by LeeDroid in specific, with stock rom Is possible to go back to older like 1.30 ruu for example no problem instead.

I thought at first maybe I just typed it in wrong or when I pasted it or something I missed something so I tried again and it still told me the same thing. Why is it telling me this and how do I fix it?

Is anyone else having battery issue with whatsapp? I thought it could of been my software 2.50.709.3, I flashed 2.47.709.1 by Sdcard method then unrooted flashed again ,then ota back to 2.50.709.3 I thought the problem was with Kaspersky vpn, but their diagnostics app showed it to what's app, Same version on HTC u11+ and no problem?? I had this same issue, what i figured out was that I was putting too much text in for the unlock code, you need to only go from token start to token begin, this means no (bootloader) in the copy and paste.
What rom are you guys using now? I want stability so is the new viper good or better stick with the roms based on the official one? leedroid or viper?

Does any one knows where to get an original screen for this device? I bought one from parts4repair but it wasn't original so I send in back. I can't even find broken devices for parts on ebay... I'm from Europe.
