Everytime I connect my device to my laptop i get this error

I have office 07 for outlook which i just upgraded to cause i thought it would solve the problem but it didn't any help would be appecatied

If you're having problems connecting to the net/no wifi connection, just google apndroid.apk and put it in your sd then install it.
PS: this happens sometimes when you install or update your rom.
